I ate at Fazoli's this afternoon in Ft Oglethorpe GA, and I was amazed at the customer service. Michael L. and DeVante M. were the best hosts!! The food was delicious and they came by the table to see if I needed anything else. I am a widow and I eat out some, and their manners were excellent! I have gone to other types of restaurants and sometimes the employees do not hardly acknowledge the customer. These 2 gentlemen were the best that I have seen in a while. Thank you, Michael and DeVante! I will be back!

Visiting from out of town with family I don’t know who the cashier was tonight but the young gentleman could of been rude and told us to leave when we didn’t realize what time they closed but instead he politely asked us what we wanted order and did we want to dine in. And kept a smile on his face. Although after we realized they were closing and we asked if we needed they still all were kind and said it was fine for us to stay and eat. This is true hospitality! Food was really good! Thank you again all you young people! From us tired middle age people! 😊

Awesome... "Top Notch" .... just as good as Olive Garden..!!!
Love the meatball sub, only problem was when I went to pick it up, it tried to fall apart because the bread was soaked with sauce. Knife and fork to the rescue. Good problem to have I guess. I ask for more bread sticks about half way through eating, I was given them as I was leaving.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and the gentleman that was out on the floor went out of his way of doing other things to Excell on the service I didn't get his name but if you see this THANK YOU YOU WERE A JOY TO CONVERT WITH. And me and my mother ate .
Every time I come here Devante is above and beyond really good customer service Very respectful and nice make sure that everything is OK with your order need more people like this he deserves to move up in the company to a higher position, he’s a good asset to your company He definitely makes my family want to come back
