The food at this place is amazing! It is just about as good as Olive Garden, but is a fast food restaurant. The building is a little on the dated side but still offers a great place for dining with pop music playing in the background. The service is amazing here as there is that good ol’ Southern hospitality. I really enjoyed going here as I used to have a Fazoli’s near my childhood home in Southern California, so it gives me a bit of nostalgia knowing this one of a kind Italian fast food chain still exists! 😄

Had not been to a Fazoli's in probably a decade or more. This location definitely didn't disappoint! I got a family meal, with spaghetti and penne pasta with meat sauce and family size house salad. It was as delicious as I remember, and the garlic bread sticks put out over the top! (Will be making the trip to the closest location to my home, which is the Cartersville location, to see if the quality is the same!)

Avery was absolutely wonderful. Every restaurant should have an Avery. The food was good, very good. But her sweetness and attentiveness was above and beyond. Unfortunately since covid, I have set the bar on service expectations pretty darn low, grown accustomed to mediocre service. She made me remember that it just doesn't have to be that way. Thank you for a delightful experience.

We were here on Tuesday and Devante took both our order and took great care of us in the dining room. He was cheerful and just did an all around awesome job. He is definitely an asset to Fazoli's and I hope he is recognized for all his hard work!! We will be back!!

I brought my softball team here after a game and they got our food out really quick. They were very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. We had a great experience here.

Cindy and I dine here when we are in town monthly, or Doctor's visits. We can't say enough, or how many times I have complimented management each trip. The stores atmosphere is great. The counter people are very attentive, and caring as always to taking our order and making very helpful suggestions. The food is always OUTSTANDING. The staff is always checking on us as well as everyone in the restaurant. Please give our gratitude to everyone there, and we hope to make many return trips in the future. 1 suggestion though, we absolutely need Fazolis in Lafayette Ga.!!!!!! Thanks again
