Service is friendly, and the food comes out hot and fresh. The staff is very attentive and constantly cleaning the dining room. We were offered breadstick refills three times during our dining experience. 10/10!

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Went through drive through. Did not get silverware, did not get graded cheese nor did I get any napkins. Hard to navigate into and out of store. Not a very friendly atmosphere. Service waited longer than I should have for a simple order. Employee not very knowledgeable about menu. Was not a pleasant experience.

I ordered Spaghetti and meatballs and payed extra for pepperoni. I live 40 min away. When I got home there were no meatballs or pepperoni and barely any sauce so it was basically noodles and I got to so that was 24 dollars out the window. Not only that but when I got there to pick it up I also got my son in laws and when I said his name all the employees who were congregate all in one spot playing on their phone started snickering about his name so no we won't be going back to the one in Ft. Ogelthorph.

The food at this place is amazing! It is just about as good as Olive Garden, but is a fast food restaurant. The building is a little on the dated side but still offers a great place for dining with pop music playing in the background. The service is amazing here as there is that good ol’ Southern hospitality. I really enjoyed going here as I used to have a Fazoli’s near my childhood home in Southern California, so it gives me a bit of nostalgia knowing this one of a kind Italian fast food chain still exists! 😄
Had not been to a Fazoli's in probably a decade or more. This location definitely didn't disappoint! I got a family meal, with spaghetti and penne pasta with meat sauce and family size house salad. It was as delicious as I remember, and the garlic bread sticks put out over the top! (Will be making the trip to the closest location to my home, which is the Cartersville location, to see if the quality is the same!)

Avery was absolutely wonderful. Every restaurant should have an Avery. The food was good, very good. But her sweetness and attentiveness was above and beyond. Unfortunately since covid, I have set the bar on service expectations pretty darn low, grown accustomed to mediocre service. She made me remember that it just doesn't have to be that way. Thank you for a delightful experience.
