We love for Fazoli's. My granddaughter found a hair in her alfredo, which I know these things happen so we didn't pitch a fit over it but they did replace it. They normally come around more often to bring bread they didn't this time. But she went up and got more. But overall the food is awesome and very affordable. One thing that I didn't understand was we got a child's meal with alfredo and I think it was $4.39 give or take a few cents. That comes with a drink. My granddaughter went back to order a second child size Alfredo and it cost even more just by itself.

Last minute lunch pick up for 12 people and they were so fast and helpful and had me on the road in no time .
Every. Single. Time. My family goes to the drive thru and orders the double slice of pizza, they NEVER put it in the bag. Come on guys. This is what you get paid for. If you don’t like your job or it’s too difficult for you to do menial tasks like putting an order in a bag, get a different line of work.And stop tying the bags! It’s extremely difficult for my wife to go get food for the family and have a couple bags tightly tied to where it becomes impossible to open the bag without a knife. Some people have issues like arthritis. Please think about these things before doing something completely unnecessary.And finally, we live 25 minutes away. It’s not financially worth it to drive 25 there and 25 back for a double slice of pizza. Wake up. Do the job. Have some empathy. It’s not hard.Edit: This is not a singularly occurring issue. It’s happened 4 times since January. All at this location in Fort Oglethorpe. Double slice pizza every time.

Had not been to a Fazollis in over 20 years! Just happened to find this one while on a trip. The food was great but the people working there were amazing!!! They went over and beyond to make us feel welcome.
I've been hearing about this for years. None around my area. On my way back to Florida I saw it and I decided to try it. Good food, very good portions, fast service! I definitely wish they would have one around my area. I'm sure they would do so good!

Updated review - my son and I dined in shortly after 6pm. this evening and we stayed and visited a while. From the first person taking our order to the young man who delivered our food, the person cleaning the tables… the one who took my to go order and finally the young lady who handed me my baked spaghetti to go, this experience was exceptional. Everyone was pleasant and friendly in our interactions but beyond that, each one of them seemed to like their job and team members. Unfortunately we’ve gotten used to accepting people in customer service roles appear miserable, or at best not happy.I commend you for what you’re doing in this restaurant. I will absolutely be back!Food was great but we did wait 12 minutes for a chicken salad and chicken parmesan in the Drive-Thru line.You can't beat the food you get for the price so I would definitely go back
