Sandwich was soggy and cold. Ordered it hot. Girl at cash register cared more about her phone than the customer's. Have been here twice and it's been the same both times.

Some people, dont care for pickles, and choose it not to be included when ordering online. this firehouse subs puts pickles in no matter what, submerging the sub in pickle juice. they cannot pay attention to simple instructions (last 6 orders)... will choose the many other sub restaurant options for a while.

This firehouse is my favorite . They always have a warm welcome , it's clean and if you have been here more than a couple times they will know you by name. I don't even have to tell them my order, they just know it.
