Everything was fresh, the order was accurate, the young lady was very helpful in checking me out with an unusual coupon. But I didn't think the sandwich was as good as others. The oil and vinegar didn't seem to add much flavor.

I just wish they would get our order right. We go here often and every single time, the order is made wrong. Every. Single. Time. It’s like whomever is ringing you up, doesn’t understand the order that you’re placing. I don’t get it.

Popular sub shop in Fort Oglethorpe. I meet people there for lunch often. The food is fresh and healthy and the prep area is very clean. The staff is friendly and interactive with the customers. Atmosphere is good for a sub shop with plenty of seating.

My third visit to a Firehouse Subs, and the first visit that I have deviated from the Hook & Ladder. Today I tried the Hero. It was very, very tasty. I enjoyed every morsel, to include that awesome pickle spear they kick in. But…it was not as good as my Hook & Ladder.
The shop was decorated the same as the other shops that I’ve visited, and the service was friendly and fast.

4 times… FOUR has our order been wrong. How is this even possible, upcharges on bacon but never adds bacon to the sandwiches. Just waited 35 minutes in the parking lot for an order that was wrong. Mind you there was two other customers in the store that were in an out it’s not like it was rush hour by any means. Also how on earth do you forget to put every topping on the italian sandwich? Meat and bread is all I got with ahahahhaa BACON how ironic didn’t even order it and got bacon on the sandwich. And it’s not even having to wait for food, just to clear the air that’s completely understandable. It’s the fact you have to wait for food that’s is not even what you ordered and have to wait again to have it remade and the workers have an attitude that they have to fix their mistake. Every time we call it’s some younger female worker with the absolute worst attitude like we are bothering them ahahaha. We understand simple mistakes can be made, everyone makes them but this is a consistent pattern at this particular location just wanting to vent our frustrations.

Ate turkey dressing,cranberry sub.terrible.all your stuff way high.

The last 3 times that my husband has ordered from here I try ordering the same thing, Philly cheesesteak with No peppers, light onions, mayo & lettuce. And all 3 times the sub has come with Extra peppers. Why is this so hard to get right?! I’m 6 months pregnant and y'all just ruined my whole dinner.
