We had a good morning breakfast at this IHOP. Wait times were low and staff was very kind. The food was good and met our expectations. Our server Marielle M was the highlight of our visit! She was so kind and attentive to our needs and made good suggestions! We’ll be looking for her next time!

IHOP needs a bell on their front door or at the front desk!!!! As I stood there for the first time, the cook noticed me and said something to the waitress. The second time I came here, the cook did not say anything or look and the young Korean girl kept looking at the computers and going out back, but did not look at the front. For ten minutes, I waved my hands in anticipation! If the blonde waitress is not there, I will not return!!

Thank you Carlos G for being a great Waiter, it's been 6 years since my last review for this location. Love Carlos (what some may say is loud communication) but there was never a question or answer that was not understood from him. Great multi-tasker. Our visit was flawless compared to other visits. The dining room and restroom appeared clean and in order. The kitchen staff was pleasant and courteous when they brought out supporting plates of food. Great job Team IHOP 👍😎🎶🎵🤠🇺🇸
