Food is always delicious, was unaware that they were no longer 24 hours, waitress nor cook said anything about them closing and got a attitude but once I asked if they were closing their tune changed as it clicked for them I thought they were open late. Kind service otherwise. Restaurant is usually empty or close to when I've gone. Calm environment kid friendly for sure. Over all speedy, kind and clean. And pretty good about refills. Would definitely recommend.

Our server Ashley W. was the sweetest person ever! She (very obviously) seemed like she knew what she was doing and was helping everyone else around her in the restaurant. (Love the teamwork) I highly suggest asking for her when you go in so you’ll have the best experience.

Me and my wife come in an ate earlier today and there was a young lady there named Ashley she was so sweet she took our drink order Gave us time to look at the menu suggested the house fav menu I got the ham an cheese omelette with the pancakes and my wife ordered the house scramble she then says I’ll be right back with your order then proceeds to tell us that she is the cook as well there was two other tables besides us an she did better cooking and serving better than people we have had just serving the food was cooked amazingly and she kept our drinks filled an attended to our every need she was amazing 10 out of 10 recommend her as a server any time Thank You Ashley for your amazing customer service and cooking. This girl deserves a raise

Terrible service, they were out of so many menu items, every single person in our party had to make at least one substitution. They took so long to prepare our food we left for a different restaurant. Needs new management.

The entrance was dirty. The waitress returned with every order we attempted that they were out of something that was necessary to complete the order. We waited 25 minutes to be told that again something was not available. We left at that point. At no time did the manager come over, they just kept sending our poor sweet waitress to deliver the bad news. IHOP will not get a second chance with us. 8/24 at 12noon manager needs trained or gone

We had a good morning breakfast at this IHOP. Wait times were low and staff was very kind. The food was good and met our expectations. Our server Marielle M was the highlight of our visit! She was so kind and attentive to our needs and made good suggestions! We’ll be looking for her next time!

Always a family geared environment with excellent staff and chef with delicious meals at any time of the day.
IHOP needs a bell on their front door or at the front desk!!!! As I stood there for the first time, the cook noticed me and said something to the waitress. The second time I came here, the cook did not say anything or look and the young Korean girl kept looking at the computers and going out back, but did not look at the front. For ten minutes, I waved my hands in anticipation! If the blonde waitress is not there, I will not return!!
