The last few times I've had breakfast I have been sadly disappointed. I get the same thing and for extra gravy for almost 2bucks I don't even get the bowl filled half way like what? Not even to the line on the very bottom it was barely above that. Twice that's happen. And it's always messy and this time a hair on my tea. I don't have short curly black hair. This used to be a great place but now I am stopping my service because it's a waste of money and a steal too for that extra gravy deal. Also I've Asked today to make sure it has sausage in the gravy. And shocker it had none. Like don't go here for breakfast or at least for the biscuits and gravy meal. ? it's a huge let down

What happened? Service and quality had been so great the last couple of months, now your out of tenders, seriously the one product your known for. Ordered a family meal online to find out you don't have the food, of course I ordered 3rd party so I didn't get a full refund. We love Jack's but if this store is going to start going back downhill again we'll go back to Chickamauga.

The grill chicken sandwich and the burger were perfect. The lettuce and tomato that came inside were very fresh. The good bread. The potatoes were crispy, hot and good throughout the meal. Good and very fast service.
