The portion size has went way down, taters & gravy have a weird bitter after taste, the biscuits were a lot smaller than I remember and my wing was smaller than the biscuit. Wanted crispy and they only had original and did not offer to cook what I ordered just gave me option to get original, although they did offer me dark instead of white meat. Glad I accepted original because my breasts were the only thing really good out of both meals

Picked up lunch for my family on the way home from picking my wife up from work they made the order incorrect and basically don't care told me if I don't come by tomorow they won't fix the order... It's Friday... we don't go to work until Monday I shouldn't need to make a 30 minute drive immediately or deal with it because they cannt make an order correctly

I ordered a 12-piece meal I would like to know what kind of chicken comes with a 12-piece meal I got 10 wings one breast & 1 thigh

Now 5 times back to back something wrong. Ft Oglethorp Ga.4 times chicken looked terrible. As if had been sitting around left over from lunch, grease puddles on top and drenched on bottoms. Between 5 530 pm. Today, a paid item was not given to me.These 5 times I had learned to not leave the lot without checking order. The time prior to 5, I got home with bucket of chicken really dark. Peeled crispy off and chicken was dried out - didn’t eat it. The following day, I had to take my mom to emergency room (tossed chicken in freezer to return later). 3 days later took back with receipt explained why I couldn’t return following day.Store policy unbeknownst to me, returns within 24 hours period. ALTHOUGH there wasn’t a sign in sight no where indicating as such. $30 tossed out for the birds with no replacement. This is when I learned to never leave the lot without checking.I guess I’ll just have to adapt to local grocery store deli for their chicken. The next nearest kfc is across state line in different county.Oh also, your biscuits used to be the best, years ago. Now The center is always doey. Terrible. Need alternative.No recommendations on other food items due to the consistent unsatisfactory.

Ordered 2 breasts and a wing , got 1 breast , 1 thigh and a wing , someone doesn't know how to identify the parts just saying, please fix before it becomes a HUGE issue ?
The chicken was burnt, the green beans weren’t any good. I took it back and they came out with another order of chicken that was burnt and not any good. The biscuits were also not done and very doughy.
