Food is okay.. Staff is over all impersonal and 2.5 of 5 for cleanliness. Floors dirty and chairs sticky. Tables are typically wiped off though.

The service was inadequate, so much so I felt I could do it better myself. The food was served cold, the staff was rude, ignorant, and couldn’t complete the bare minimum. My girlfriend and I didn’t feel welcome from the get go.. I will not be coming back.

I typically love eating here but today the service was horrendous. Me and my boyfriend came in at the same time as this other group of people, we waited 30 min for a refill, and almost a hour for our food. The people that came in at the same time were done eating once we got our food. He ignored the fact that we asked for the check so we had to go up front to get it, the disrespect was insane and food was cold. I just recommend not eating in the booth or going to another hibachi place❤️

We had brunch here for the first time for my son's birthday today, and we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and all came out to sing happy birthday to my 11 year old son and give him dessert. They really made his day special. They even took our picture, framed it and gave it to him with ballons. The food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was very clean. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend.

Kobe has excellent food at a reasonable price. You wont leave hungry if you eat the hibatchi as their portions are large. Its all around one of, if not the best hibatchi restaurant around.

Wonderful hibachi experience for my daughters birthday while we were visiting chattanooga with family. Hibachi chef was fun & engaging with everyone. Large party of 11 ppl without reservations and we had a minimal wait while they got the table ready, met around 630pm. Pleasant experience. Great food. Large portions.

The cooks are awesome with kids. They interact with everyone at the table and make the dining experience fun and enjoyable.

If I could rate yall zero stars, I definitely WOULD.
The service was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. We arrived in ample time before they were about to close. They were about to seat us in a booth, the floors were greasy and wet..
The cook, SNEEZED in his forearm and wiped his nose on his arm. I was disgusted. ? The waiter brought our check before the cook was even done making our food. Proceeded to walk away and stared us down from across the room. Came RIGHT BACK to see if the check was ready, again - the cook was STILL preparing our food. So he took literally ONE step back and waited for payment. I felt so disrespected and annoyed at this point.
We paid for the meal and told the cook thank you. I will NEVER, EVERRRRR EAT HERE AGAIN. The disrespect was LOUD!

The meal was sorely overcooked. The salad was good but amounted to literally one ounce of lettuce. I was afraid to ask anything of the server. She was short with us on every pass.

Excellent food & service. Price has gone up a good bit, but still love to go. Park around door & sides or to tight & small if you drive a crew cab long bed HD truck.
