Went to pick up my to go order and the lady at the counter was on her phone for a good minute, didn’t even see me. When she finally noticed me I said hello to her but she just handed me my food without saying anything. It felt pretty rude. The food is decent for the price which was the only positive thing I can say

I typically love eating here but today the service was horrendous. Me and my boyfriend came in at the same time as this other group of people, we waited 30 min for a refill, and almost a hour for our food. The people that came in at the same time were done eating once we got our food. He ignored the fact that we asked for the check so we had to go up front to get it, the disrespect was insane and food was cold. I just recommend not eating in the booth or going to another hibachi...
