Manager named Marissa was rude, condescending, and full of sarcasm. They messed up my food and was upset with me that I asked for it to be fixed. After the attitude ended up with the wrong food and it was cold and nasty.

I stopped through about a month back and ended up leaving without food. Employees just screwing around inside, taking excessive time to cook basic meals (waited 25+ minutes and then went inside to check on the order status), inside was dirty and employees as well. I decided to get my money back at that point and left.

I placed an order 12 cheese Krystals..6 of those with extra pickles ext mustard 6 regular Krystals 18 Krystal's total a bowl of chili and 2 LG Dr Peppers no ice. I had to keep repeating my order, got to the window read it back it was correct. Got home I had 18 cheese Krystal's none had extra pickle or mustard ..and 6 should have been just regular red box Krystal's..and to top it off they were just slung in the boxes. I know it's fast food, but you just got me for 51 dollars and nothing was good.

The burgers was mashed into balls. And buns were wet could not eat them. It was bad. The fries were good though.

I worked at Krystal when I was younger, so I know exactly what goes into making their burgers — the process, the grill, and what the meat is supposed to taste like. I picked up a sackful of Krystals and a couple of apple pies recently, thinking I’d get a little taste of nostalgia.
But the moment I bit into one, I knew something was off. That familiar flavor hit the back of my mouth — not in a good way. It was the meat, and it tasted like it had been cooked on an old, unclean grill. That same unpleasant taste that happens when grease and buildup aren’t cleaned properly between cooks. Whatever seasoning used to make them great just isn’t there anymore.
To make things worse, I tried calling the restaurant four different times — each time it rang, someone picked up and immediately hung up. Since I live in another town, I wasn’t just going to drive all the way back there.
Honestly, it was disappointing from start to finish. The flavor that used to make Krystal unique is now the reason I couldn’t even finish the meal.
And honestly, I cannot express how sick I am of restaurants serving food out the window and then hiding inside, ignoring the phone when something goes wrong. I understand mistakes — everyone makes them — but choosing to pick up a back-to-back ringing business phone and hang up? That’s not a mistake. That’s knowing exactly what you’re doing. It shows they’re well aware of the garbage they’re handing out the window, right after taking people’s money.
At that point, it stops being bad service — it feels like fraud.

Stopped here at 11:00 pm. Doors locked, however business lit up like it was open. Since most Krystal’s are open at this time we thoughtt it open. As we attempted to open door and realized it was locked, two employees inside at counter. One laughed while other shook his head at the other employee like we were dumb I’m guessing, not real sure why. But absolutely no look to us with a sorry we’re closed or any other gesture of acknowledgment. We left and now know to pass this Krystal by in the future! Do better!
Got a sackful with my cheese and added mayo , didn't give me ANY pickles at all on ANY of the sandwiches and of course no mayo ???? Total shit honestly . It's been going down hill for awhile now !
