Most of the time they are great but if they don’t have enough people working it can take some time. Workers are always super nice.

I ordered food for my family this evening, and after I had placed and paid for the order, I was informed that they had run out of onions on the grill and had used butter instead. When I got home and unpacked the food, it was terrible—everything tasted overwhelmingly like butter. The buns were completely saturated, making the meal honestly inedible.
The manager did reach out and refund me my money.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. 40 minutes in a drive through with 3 cars. Just to get to the window and the order not even be right. I just left at that point. Should have left after the car in fronts order was wrong twice and they ended up going in.

We came to Kystals tonight on Fort O to just grab a late night snack for 2. We had no idea they closed at 12 now and came 10 til closing. The gentleman explained to us they close soon, but still proceeded to cook our meals fresh and bring them out. Most people now, especially the in fast food couldn't care less and would just tell us they're closed. So thank you to our host, Wolfgang. We appreciate it!

This is the 5th!!!!!! Time!!!!! I’ve found plastic and HAIR FROM SOMEONES BEARD IN MY FOOD!!!! No wonder they are going out of business and they won’t answer the phones to give me my refund of 35$!!!!

Yes, I was later visited by the great Rumbling Reckoning. Yes, the bubble guts arrived like a marching band in a tile hallway. And yes, I eventually met my destiny in the porcelain throne room. But let me be clear: I have no regrets. That’s the price of greatness. That’s the cost of dancing with glory.
Krystal doesn’t pretend to be anything it’s not. It’s bold. It’s honest. It’s tiny burgers and big consequences, and I embrace both with open arms and clenched cheeks.

I just went there to order 24 combo and three add on fries. From the very beginning this lady has messed up my order. I was nice about it. I even apologize. Thinking maybe jt was my faylt. The lady gave me my food. I asked her you have five medium fries right altogether. The lady said yes it's in. So , I pull off and I was looked in my bag and there's only three fries. so I went to say hey what happened the manager there was so freaking rude the whole time she was rolling he eyes at me. She then told me wr have to ring you up pretty much like It's my fault. I am the last person to complain. But the manager, the whole time was roll her eyes at me and wouldnt even looking at me. Just looked at the wall. Like i am the problem. I wasnt yelling or nothing. She was awful service. She Didn't say have a nice day or nothing. I get people have bad days, but she was very rude from the beginning not very helpful. I will never go back to the store again and I will make sure to tell everyone not to go back to the store again just because how i was treated. The person at the window needs to be retrained because I looked at her and asked her, is their five fries in the bag and she said yes. She didn't try to correct me. Just let me go on my way. I'm glad I look at my bag before leaving. Now there's a guy that was working there. He was very nice. He was the only person that store that was saying I am very sorry and he was just the cook. He shouldn't be the one saying sorry it should have been the person in the window and the manager. But the cook was the only one who was super nice to me. He should be the one that should be a manager. I am so pissed right now how I was treated. Again, I don't ever complaint. She is working today at 4:20. Pm sunday feb 16. I get people having bad days but how she treated me was not cool. Because i was super nice at the very beginning. She could have said I'm sorry she must not have heard you. We will help you and get it fixed, but i have to ring you up for the two because she didn't ring you up. I would have been fine. But the lady didn't say nothing and was very rude. I hate to write this. But this wasnt cool. Im sorry!

Don't you hate to spend $31 and get home without all your order?
Pulled up at 10 25 pm no other cars in sight. Ordered 3 times never got a confirmation one way or the other. After 15 minutes pulled up and saw no one so I drove off. I was on my way to work and maybe Krystal ought to be looking into people who don't want to work. Very unprofessional to hide from customer so you don't have to do anything
