I paid for extra pepperoni. When you tell them it doesn’t look like extra they tell you it is.🙄 This place seems to thinks extra means 2-3 pieces. Idk if it’s the owner of this store telling the employees to SKIMP on everything that the customers PAY EXTRA FOR but it’s BS. They also sometimes close the lid on top of the pizza so it adheres to the box and makes it hard to open, then you lose some of your pizza to their poor packaging skills..

Service is horrible. The last 6 times they got my order wrong, rude when confronted about it, and the workers just don't care.

I ordered a deep dish, detroit-style 3 meet. At least they got the three meat part right

Ever since a new manager took over about a year ago, this location went down the crapper almost immediately. I used to come in here religiously. Occasionally you might have to wait, but most of the time things were ready. I keep coming back every couple of months to see if it’s improved, but every single time, the parking lot and lobby are full of people waiting for 30+ minutes for things on the hot n’ ready menu. I went in last week and the warmers were completely empty except for ONE crazy bread. I was told 30 minutes for cheese bread and “sorry, you have to order ahead.” If you want your franchise to be like every other pizza chain, fine, but get rid of the hot n’ ready menu because at this point it’s just for decoration. I suspect they think they’re saving money by having less food waste, but eventually you’re going to lose the revenue with lost customers. This was my last try, I’m done.

Update: I see where people that leave a low star rating but no review are getting responses, but people who give a detailed bad review get nothing. That tells me that they just want to make sure it’s not a fake bad review but don’t actually plan to fix anything.

The last few times I have been here, it's been a 30 to 45 minute wait. For a cheese pizza. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is. Hire some people

I went inside to order, there were a few people sitting there. I waited about 5 minutes with no one Analyzing, I was even there 5 minutes. The people that were there before me. Never get the order the observer or the person taking the money. Ask me to move so he could stock the cooler. I thought when it gets through, he would take my order. Where he gets done goes in the back. They'll have 5 in each other talking about how of a good job they were doing steel. Nobody get the food. It is the worst little seizures I have ever been in.I would not and do not recommend it.

This is the only Little Caesars in the country that does not carry Parmesan. Cheese or Crushed Red Pepper at the very least. I will go to the store a town over. Just because they offer those basic things that go with pizza. I find it ridiculous this store doesn't.

The service here sucks! Waited 45 minutes on a pepperoni pizza that they said would be done in 10 -15 minutes. To get home and the pizza isn't even done.Never again. This place used to run smoothly. They had a lobby full of people waiting and people also waiting in their cars.

They blame the online ordering system per saying something is ready when it's not. Come on, man. Verbatim they said, "we never know what it's doing." Sounds like no one in there knows what anyone is doing, lol. If you're looking for speedy pickup, avoid at all costs.

Seems to be an alright place... Seems to do good business, clean, and I just wish they had ready made pizzas done up. Seems past 2 times I went in for pizza they didn't have the flatbread pepperoni pizzas ready for pickup at dinner timer either time... But hopefully next time.. GREAT pizza for sure and Hot. Customer service was decent... The atmosphere was alright but I would love to see smiles and happiness... But I understand we all get tired in those establishments. But overall a totally great quick way to get food for sure

Kid-friendliness: Totally ? but it's a pick up and go so if you do have kiddos if they are able to with a parent of course keep in the car... Really no seating.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have parking and the sidewalk has a way to get to the door and the door seems it had a good amount of room for a wheelchair
