Food is good but the employees aren't very helpful

I went Thursday to get a pizza 3 people sitting down waiting on their pizzas the phone ring no one answered the phone I was standing at the counter no one bothered to come and ask me what I wanted or place an order the phone rang again no once answered it again I'm still standing there then a girl comes up gives a pizza to one of the people sitting down phone rings again she answers it hangs up goes to bake 7min passes buy I turn to leave look at other 2 still sitting and say real loud gues I'm eating at dominos tonight ...sad i know owner family thought they cared about there business....gues not.......very disappointed in what happened never get pizza there again....telling friends n this review hoping this review will let others know about terrible service they have.....if you can't manage your staff better n your service you should close your doors

Terrible experience the last 3 tries. Cashiers are rude. Waited almost an hour for food. Order was given to us twice incorrectly on the previous visit. Today order came to $14 and change. Handed the cashier a $20. She said they were unable to accept it. They were given 3 tries we won’t be back.

Literally took a bite of pizza and had air in the pizza 🍕 dough

Good pizza. Ordered ahead, so was in portal waiting on me when I arrived. Just typed in my code and got pizzas. Easy.

I will not rate them. Very poor service. Waited an hour, and still no pizza. The manager told me that if i would have ordered online i would have already gotten it. Then he took it upon himself to refund my money and cancel my order. This place needs new manager, and more employees that know about customer service. Very rude people!!!!!! I would not send anyone there, worst place ever now!

I recently visited a Little Caesars location that completely redefined my expectations for the chain, and I’m still savoring the experience. Unlike any other Little Caesars I’ve tried, this spot crafts their pizzas with genuine care and love, elevating what’s often seen as a budget-friendly option into something truly special.

The star of the show was the crust—plump, crispy, and buttered to perfection. None of that dry, flavorless cardboard you sometimes get at other locations. It had a golden crunch that reminded me of Pizza Hut’s iconic pan pizza, with just the right balance of chewiness and richness. Each bite was a delight, with the buttery notes amplifying the overall flavor.

Despite the place being slammed during my visit, the quality didn’t falter. The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings that were generously spread, not just sprinkled on as an afterthought. It’s clear this location takes pride in their work, putting in the effort to make every pie stand out.

Compared to other Little Caesars I’ve been to, where the bare minimum seems to be the standard, this spot is in a league of its own

Never has a pizza HOT & READY..No matter what time you go or how dead it is,we always got to wait atleast 15mins...The food is ALWAYS worth the wait...but damn.. would be nice to go thru the drive thru & them have a simple pepperoni pizza hot & ready!

Tried to get a pizza for my kids won't happen tonight cause they lock up 10 minutes early

Called for over 30 minutes. No answer. Went into store . No customers in lobby and a man listening to music on his phone... very disappointed.

Walked in the door to employees in the back preparing pizzas. Absolutely no one at the cashier spot. Waited 5 minutes for anyone spoke to me then a gentleman said someone will be right there. About 4 or 5 minutes later someone from the back walked up took my order and she pretty much threw the pizza at me after she asked me what do you want. Extremely rude behavior for anyone but especially for anyone that runs a business that deals with the public. Absolutely horrible customer service and the pizza that I got wasn't even cut up properly.

Been waiting for 20 minutes for hot and ready pizza , didn't ask my name for order or even greet me just a blank look people after I ordered got their hot and ready before I did. And no receipt. I get pizza here clot think this is my last time

Place is always over crowded no room for space if your in person the surrounding area is just overall gross if your thinking about doordash don't order shit theyll toss your order through 3-5 dashers and then cancel your order forcing you to wait for any sort for anything moneyback wise and you wont get your food I promise
