first time here and our server Emily was fabulous from the beginning to the end of our experience, the appetizer was great and our Steaks were cooked to perfection the temp we asked for...be sure to ask for Emily, she will most definitely give you awsome service

My wife and I ate here yesterday and we've been throwing up all morning our food was a little cold but our server was great my stomachs absolutely killing me and she's been sick all morning definitely not coming back

First time at Logan's Roadhouse, and I was very impressed with our experience. The service was exceptional. The food was excellent; I ordered the prime rib, which was probably one of the best I've ever had in terms of flavor and tenderness. On point. 🤌 This establishment is well-suited for watching sports and enjoying a few drinks with appetizers or simply socializing with friends and family. Our food arrived promptly.

Our group has never been treated so rudely. We were told wait time would be an hour. You had several booths & tables empty but refused to break up our group of 21 & seat us. I had talked to Justin Dec 4th and on the day before. You were expecting us even tho you do not take reservations on weekends. You lost lots of money and we went somewhere else who seated us promptly in several booths & tables and THEY were paid generously.

People complaining in the tables near us steaks undercooked, and our server disappeared for 30 minutes at a time when I'm pretty sure she had three tables.

We came for dinner last night, and they were a little crowded but not extremely busy. There was a party going on, but there were still tables open. It was 6pm when we got there.
We were seated quickly, but then sat there a good 20 minutes before we were offered drinks. Another 20 minutes before we actually received our drinks. And another 30 minutes before receiving our salads.
My fiancé ordered Country fried steak and gravy with a baked sweet potato. He received a burnt steak with maybe a tablespoon of white gravy that had solidified on the top of the meat. The baked sweet potato was still raw in the middle. I had ordered the Logan with steamed broccoli, medium rare…I first received a well done steak, and some very dry broccoli. I sent the steak back and another 45 minutes went by before I received a rare steak on the same plate as before with the same dry broccoli that is now ice cold. We both got 1 drink refill in that time span. I was highly disappointed. No apologies for the long wait times or anything else. It was after 9PM before we got to leave and we had to ask for our check because the waitress we had never came back to our table. I don’t suppose we will be back.

Just terrible. Much to our dismay, our daughter wanted to eat at Logan’s for her bday dinner. All of the food is so bad it is just disgraceful. So much so, the children barely took 3 bites of food. All around putrid.

Waitress was great tho!

Went here to eat on Monday, 10/14/2024. Our server was very cheerful, but that's the extent of this visit. I was specifically asked did I want my soup to come out before my food...YES. It came out with it..... French Onion soup... DON'T GET IT. I ordered a salad and asked for ranch with it. Salad came NO RANCH. The server, who was different than the actual order taker, said she'd bring the dressing. Now, there are two servers that know I'd like to have ranch. So, I'm still ok as me and my wife are talking while she's eating her food. I start nibbling my salad with no dressing. After about 10 minutes, no lie, I see a guy cleaning that was obviously a manager. I go up to him and ask, "Are you a manager?" He said yes, I explained my situation and asked for some ranch..... He comes across kinda irritated, but he says , "I'll go tell your server."
About three minutes later he returns to tell me where my server was, what she was doing, and she'd be here shortly. Hahahaha, I was like OK. When he walked away me and my wife look at each other and simultaneously say, "Why didn't he just bring it out?" Hahahaha.... Not the best experience and of the 4 times I've been there in 2024 the service and food have gone way down. So, needless to say, Monday, October 14, 2024 was the last time I'll ever dine at the Fort Oglethorpe, GA Logan's .....
