Had the best server! Food was fantastic!

In town visiting and chose this place for a Sunday evening dinner. Place was relatively empty but instead of moving two tables together for our group, we had to wait for a bigger table to open which is fine, just seemed silly. Steaks were over cooked. Asked for one of them to be remade and it came out rare which was also not what was ordered. Server mentioned this was a common issue. Wasn’t given a spoon for the soup someone ordered. Asked for to-go boxes and they weren’t brought so we had to go track someone down. Items were switched on our tickets but at that point we were just ready to go. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our overall experience, unfortunately.

Ordered 2 ribeyes and a fillet had to send all back because they were over cooked. The steaks are fibrous and the appearance is not normal.
I’m beginning to think the meat is not real estate.

if i could put 0 i would the food here was disgusting my country fired steak had no flavor to it what so ever my husbands food was okay but mine was terrible. the waitress was super rude here. do not eat here

The parking lot had a lot of cars, but we still got right in. The food was ok. I did think it was strange to put shredded cheese on a burger and the mushrooms were clearly just canned slimy mushrooms. Food was not bad, but just not the best. My Diet Coke tasted watered down.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Megan, she was our server this afternoon and the best server we ever had. From the moment we were seated by her and by the looks of it she was also helping the little host out when she had her hands full of dishes she sat us down. From the start she was the sweetest, we asked for a risen booth near by because its hard for me and my husband of 50 years to move around, and she made it happen and she got our drinks and rolls out immediately. She also took it upon herself without being asked brought my husband a spoon for his unsweetened tea so he can stir in his sweetener. She took time to explain and recommended some appetizers and their new 12.99 meal, and offered personalized recommendations on what we do like, some sort of chicken. My husband just got 5 crowns in his teeth and she recommended getting a grilled chicken, a sweet potato, and a side salad. All were very delicious. I asked if there is any possible way to get my husband chicken cut, she said yes and took it apon herself to cut it for him so I can eat my chicken while it's still hot. Throughout the time we were here she was very kind to other nearby tables always refilling our drinks. When we were ready for our dessert she remembered and afterwards she had our check on hand, asked for two box, she even offered a to go fresh unsweet tea for my husband because it looked watered down, brought him his new tea and spilda and a to go bag and opened it for us so we didn't have to struggle to open it up for our boxes without being asked and put our boxes in for us. She also was talking to us about her cat colony in her neighborhood, how she feeds them, even bought them little cat houses, and show us pictures of all of them. She even named them too. That alone tells you a lot about a person. Megan's dedication to customer service was exceptional, she truly made our dining experience memorable. She told us to have great rest of our day, drive safe, and feel free to stay as long as we like since it was raining bad. We will definitely be asking for next time. She definitely earned her 20% plus the extra 40$ my husband slid into her pocket.

first time here and our server Emily was fabulous from the beginning to the end of our experience, the appetizer was great and our Steaks were cooked to perfection the temp we asked for...be sure to ask for Emily, she will most definitely give you awsome service

My wife and I ate here yesterday and we've been throwing up all morning our food was a little cold but our server was great my stomachs absolutely killing me and she's been sick all morning definitely not coming back

First time at Logan's Roadhouse, and I was very impressed with our experience. The service was exceptional. The food was excellent; I ordered the prime rib, which was probably one of the best I've ever had in terms of flavor and tenderness. On point. 🤌 This establishment is well-suited for watching sports and enjoying a few drinks with appetizers or simply socializing with friends and family. Our food arrived promptly.

Our group has never been treated so rudely. We were told wait time would be an hour. You had several booths & tables empty but refused to break up our group of 21 & seat us. I had talked to Justin Dec 4th and on the day before. You were expecting us even tho you do not take reservations on weekends. You lost lots of money and we went somewhere else who seated us promptly in several booths & tables and THEY were paid generously.

People complaining in the tables near us steaks undercooked, and our server disappeared for 30 minutes at a time when I'm pretty sure she had three tables.

We came for dinner last night, and they were a little crowded but not extremely busy. There was a party going on, but there were still tables open. It was 6pm when we got there.
We were seated quickly, but then sat there a good 20 minutes before we were offered drinks. Another 20 minutes before we actually received our drinks. And another 30 minutes before receiving our salads.
My fiancé ordered Country fried steak and gravy with a baked sweet potato. He received a burnt steak with maybe a tablespoon of white gravy that had solidified on the top of the meat. The baked sweet potato was still raw in the middle. I had ordered the Logan with steamed broccoli, medium rare…I first received a well done steak, and some very dry broccoli. I sent the steak back and another 45 minutes went by before I received a rare steak on the same plate as before with the same dry broccoli that is now ice cold. We both got 1 drink refill in that time span. I was highly disappointed. No apologies for the long wait times or anything else. It was after 9PM before we got to leave and we had to ask for our check because the waitress we had never came back to our table. I don’t suppose we will be back.

Just terrible. Much to our dismay, our daughter wanted to eat at Logan’s for her bday dinner. All of the food is so bad it is just disgraceful. So much so, the children barely took 3 bites of food. All around putrid.

Waitress was great tho!
