I was in there an hour before and I ordered 2 $6.00 fish baskets but I only received one. I didn’t realize it until I got home.

I drove back furious because they also didn’t give me my receipt so I thought they would deny my claim but the manager (I believe she said her name was Andrea) compensated me with extra food for my time and wasted gas (20 mile round trip) so although I was frustrated, I was satisfied with the customer service during this debacle.

Thank you to Andrea, she has good customer service qualities and a disarming personality.

Finally got to try this American classic today, and while the food took me back to 1988, the atmosphere was much more to be desired for . Gone is the whimsical nautical theming, replaced with a corporate slate of blue and gray. But no matter it was a pleasure to revisit a time in my childhood I remember very well.. trips to Long John Silver's with my family were always a hit! Tasting that fish today brought me back. Thank You.

Came in tonight to pick up a doordash, as I was waiting for my order one of the cooks to the left was battering some fish with his hands no gloves just bare hands. I then saw him walk off the line grab a box to take it to the back. He then comes back texting on his phone, few moments later he is putting his ear buds in his ear and back on the line. I NEVER SEEN HIM WASH HIS HANDS!!! This is very unsanitary practice for someone who is in charge of cooking the food that your guests are going to be eating. Please correct your employees and teach them proper hand washing to help prevent spread of germs and bacteria!!

I haven't ate at a long John silvers in 30 years and they haven't changed much. The fillets were thin and the tater sauce is almost flavorless. Try adding some capers & onion at least. Or go to Captain D's and steal there's or I can give you my recipe. At least you had a decent malt vinegar. Ty for that.

New location has made a huge difference, better food, staff and atmosphere! Do not recommend going later in the day closer to closing time because the quality of food is definitely no where near as good as earlier in the day.

Didn’t take long for this location to take a dive! Went today with my husband for lunch and there was a BUG in my coleslaw! They just kept serving it up to others so I guess everyone after us got extra protein 🤢
