Mango Sushi Bar & Grill

Been here once before and wasn't going to go back due to price vs food quality and portion sizes.

Since it's been remarked as Tai, the food seems better than our first visit but the PRICES are extremely high for what you get.

$15 for rice and vegetables and We were told it comes with a protein, to later find you get charged extra for meat is misleading and overpriced! Everything seemed priced high. The Spicy Crunch was good but $16 was a bit high, just my option.

$66 tab was double what we would have paid elsewhere for the same or more food. Just another place I can't afford to eat at in the future

Servers and staff are great. Food is OK but the management is horrible. I would stay away from this place as they are crooks.

Edit: No I do not know them. I expect a restaurant that keeps the name of a restaurant, the same building, and even the reviews to accept any outstanding deals for said business. IE local flavor. Your staff was great my management decisions suck.

Expensive, bland and low quality. I paid $15 for 4 pieces of sushi, and the crab roll is literally just a crab stick wrapped in rice. Spent $45 total on sushi to barely feed 1 person and it wasn't good.

Since the name has changed, unable to use Groupon anymore and get about half the food as normal for the same price.

I want to start by saying we’ve eaten here A TON as mango sushi. First trip with the new owners….Took over an hour to get 2 orders of noodles and vegetables, they are very under staffed, 1 cook and 1 on sushi, so that’s fair.….Food tastes great but Half way through eating one of us pulled a very long blonde hair out of her mouth… we both stopped eating because gross. We get it, it happens, we are all human. HOWEVER, the guys at the table next to us had the same problem with the rice right after we ordered drinks. Now, Normally at a restaurant a manager would have come over and apologized and would have made it right, nope. She sent our waitress back over to apologize and told her they were taking one side of noodles off our bill. $3…. We still tipped our waitress well, she was sweet and nothing was her fault. This would not have happened with the old owners.

My husband and I are new in town and this was the very first place we ate. We couldn't believe how fresh everything tasted. We got crab ragoons, and a bento box that included fried rice with choice of meat, salad, vegetables and a classic sushi roll. Everything taste amazing and it was the perfect portion sizes. My husband and I even commented on it being the best salad we've ever had at a place like this. All in all it's already one of my favorite local spots.

Sushi here is really high quality! ! They have a lot of speciality rolls which is nice and I love this option so close to home. Their firery crunch roll is very good so try that! They are quite expensive, so expect to pay $25 per person on sushi if not more. I don't think management has it figured out yet, sometimes when I call they'll be out of rice or the wait times are strange. They're a new business so I understand.

If you want the basic sushi, I'd go somewhere else like publix but if you're looking for something more exotic, then I would definitely come here!

Waited 15 minutes for drinks while listening to 2 babies (one of which was “seated” at the BAR) scream, then received our appetizer only to be told the kitchen had run out of what we ordered well over 20 minutes prior.

We paid for drinks and appetizer ($25 just for that btw), tipped our server, who was clearly trying her best, and left.

Will not be returning, because I wouldn’t trust sushi from a restaurant so poorly managed TBH

This is the last time I waste my money here. The lady at the register was completely weird, strange, and unfriendly. Twice that I have ordered the sushi it was not fresh and the potion sizes are miniature. Never again.

There was no wait on a weekday night at 6pm. The hostess was welcoming and quickly prepared our table for 6. Our server Jacob was quick, accurate and there every time we needed him. Some of our party had coconut mojitos and would definitely order again. All our meals were tasty and well prepared.

Alexis gives great service I always ask to sit in her section just because she is on top of everything and is very nice and social! And the food is so good && I definitely recommend the painkiller if you like to enjoy drinks :)
