They don't have Espresso.
I now go to Starbucks for my Caramel Frappe Triple Espresso.

... it costs basically the same.
But Starbucks has snooty demographic that both work for it and go there.

I want my Caramel Frappe from McDonald's again. But until then.. Starbucks it is.

Unbelievable. The workers ignore you for 10 minutes but all look at you in the eyes… I explain that the woman next to me is missing an item, I’m waiting on an order, and we are being stared at like we are animals at an exhibit in a museum. The lady behind the counter is making excuses as to why it’s okay to ignore paying customers. Disrespectful staff.

All we ordered was 2 large sweet teas. It took 12 mins in drive through and when we got the drinks there was no ice as it had already melted. And the tea was so sweet I'm pretty sure I got diabetes from it. It was like a syrup and I like sweet tea.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, not as good as it used to be but still kid friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking isn't close and have to walk a long distance to the entrance bc the ramp is far from the door. Making it difficult for people who have trouble walking.

When u sit at the drive thru and Noone even acknowledges that ur there is total disrespect and employees are too busy outside on their phones or smoking...this McDonald's needs to be shut down

This was my first visit to this McDonald's and I will never go again. I had to wait forever for someone to take my order then the food was cold and the fries were half cooked and it sounded like they were having a party where they were filling orders. It was a horrible experience all around!!

I had placed an online order, and when I arrived, I noticed that their drive-thru had been closed off, so I decided to go in to pick up my order instead. After waiting 10 minutes, an employee finally walked up and asked if I had already placed an order, which I had. He then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't receive my food since they'd be shutting down 4 hours to be sprayed for bugs and that my order would be refunded at midnight.. Here it is, a week later, and still no refund and never got my food. Absolutely ridiculous, especially since I saw them still giving out food to other customers while I had placed mine 15-20 minutes before online. I want my money back.

I went out and bought an air fryer for the fries and nuggets that come out of this McDonald's. I don't know why my kids love this place so much but I can't wait for them to grow out of it so we don't have to go back. And how do you mess up a plain McChicken, it's literally the easiest thing to make

I walked to the store to pick up dinner for my kids. Their order was wrong, and I didn't know until I walked back home. No one answers the phone. Two weeks ago, the exact same order was wrong. When trying to get help from employees, they are rude. Today, during lunch rush, they decided to have loud lawn care and power washers at the drive thru. Water was sprayed and misted into the car, and no one could hear each other. Orders are wrong. Employees act truly bothered when needing help. There seems to be a lack of common sense here.
