Waited over 30 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches and 3 hashbrowns.The drive through was being served that whole time , even getting the same stuff that people ordered at the counter or mobile orders. Several older people who didn't know how to use the app or kiosk were sitting for 30 minutes also just to place an order. If I hadn't already paid i would have left. Employees were just standing around besides 1 Employee taking drive through orders and handing them out the window. This store should be a drive through only since it seems thats all they could handle. The woman in charge walked in and out during this time loudly complaining about her job instead of staying in the kitchen and helping get them caught up.

Went to McDonald’s at 2 am. Started ordering and had to sit there for 10mins in drive through while she had a conversation that I could hear through the speaker. Ordered some burgers for my kids and also ordered some McFlurry’s. Was told the ice cream machine was down, then was told to pull up to the second window to pay. Pulled up and legit watched the drive through girl make 4 McFlurrys right after she told me the machine was down. Then had to sit and wait almost 10mins for my food. -10/10 would not recommend.

I ordered a mcflurry 2 nights ago curbside but never got my order. Nobody came out at all.I sat there for over 20 mins after checking in.They were literally closing while I was waiting on my order.Was charged for something I never got that's stealing in my eyes, but let someone take something from them they would be sitting in jail .This isn't the first time this location has taken my money and never got my order or money back.They close when they want to and leave all the signs/lights onAs if they are open and rude to you when you try to order at speaker computers down unless your door dash, we are closed. If they are being nice, that's all you will hear.I will never return to this McDonald's again they are incompetent and should be closed down.

Person working at drive thru said their system goes out every night at 3am. Then when i asked what her name was, she said none of your business. Please hire people with the capability to service people at the the n time do night in which they chose to work.

I ordered waiting 16 mins in Curbside pickup I called and the woman told me she had something sitting there but no lettuce, pickles, onions etc like I would want something that’s been sitting I wanted what I ORDERED. I went through the drive through to ask for my order that they took my money for and they told me they were closed! They refused to give me my money and a dude named Javeri cussed me out on the phone when I called to demand my money. I had to go home hungry for the night pregnant. I will find out who that store manager is because that McDonald’s needs to be closed down you don’t treat customers like that and expect to run a business.
