O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Terrible meal, terrible service. I’ll never come back. Rolls tasted expired and had freezer burn. The picture below is how rolls are supposed to look! Logan’s is way better.

Great place! Had my first time in an O' Charley's today, fantastic experience! I'm so sorry they've been shutting down everywhere....keep this one open ! Lunch combo potato soup with club sandwich is to die for! Thank you will definitely be back 10/10

Ordered a BLT took over an hour to get the food and they sent out a club sandwich sent it back it wasn't what I ordered and it took them another 30 minutes to make the BLT. ONLY GOT $2.57 OFF THE BILL. I think it should've been more since I had to wait. Everyone else was finished eating. All around bad service

I was taken there by my sister for my birthday. My brother, sister-in-law, and her sister joined us. I wanted to go there because our O' Charley restaurants have closed in the Atlanta area. You will definitely want to eat at this restaurant! The ambience, food, and staff are fantastic! The restaurant was very clean; the food was phenomenal, and our waitress was fabulous. She was friendly and kind to all of the customers. She was happy to see us, and she served us well. We never had to call her over to refill drinks or bring needed items. She was always observant, and she was there to quickly offer to get whatever we needed. She brought our yummy and great-looking food while it was hot, and she was professional and also treated us with respect. She is beautiful and definitely one whom you would want to wait on you in any restaurant. She has dark hair, and her name is Kristie (I hope I spelled her name right). Ask for her whenever you dine in O'Charley's on Battlefield Parkway in Chattanooga! She is amazing, and she will treat you right!

Worst meal I have ever had here. We eat here a lot . We were very disappointed in the food . I had half rack of ribs I love the ribs here except for this last time , cold so much dry rub and sauce that I had to take a spoon and get it off so salty, broccoli was awful all you could taste was salty butter and very mushy. My husband ordered shrimp and grits the taste was amazing but 2 small shrimps and maybe 5 bites of grits. The waitress was absolutely amazing, she was working hard waiting tables and busting them also . Not sure if we will go back , what we paid for food versus what we received no

The soup quality is so sad. In fact, their food has gone down for years. We used to love coming here for family outings and unfortunately, no one wants to come back for years.

Can we say Boring. I understand why many of shut down. Nothing has changed over the years..along with the boring menu, tired furniture and bad lighting. The only thing we enjoyed was our server. She was nice and polite. Food was hot and ok. This was once my most favorite chain of restaurants. I don't think we will ever eat at another.

My husband and I ate here Saturday and it was probably the worst food we've ever eaten. The rolls were super dry. We both got burgers. He got the BBQ Onion Burger and I got the Classic Cheeseburger. Besides the fact that it was a pre-packaged frozen patty, both our buns and burgers were burnt and dry. The tomato on my burger was hard and pretty much inedible. The fries were ok. Our poor waitress must have been very new because she knew nothing about the menu or specials. Overall an awful experience.

It was ok. We got burgers today the buns on the inside was burnt the meat was frozen patties and burnt and dry as well. Service the waitress was clueless sweet but clueless. When finished someone else had to get us our bill she wasn't around. But then again its O'Charleys just wished they wouldn't use frozen beef patties. Just a prices McDonald's today is what it felt like.

My experience here had been mediocre. I have had good meals and not so good meals. Over-priced for what you get. Service is ok but not great.
