O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Our server was nice enough, funny & friendly but didn't listen to details of our order and only came by our table once before we were ready to go. The place was not full at all.

Alicia is awesome! The California salad was so delicious!

Our waiter never refilled our drinks the whole time we was there. He kept walking all around us but never asked or even offer to refill our drinks. He kept telling other people how well he was at his job. My husband's catfish was small bites an the last one did not taste like catfish. We was very disappointed with this meal this time.

We come here quite often cuz I love their steak pasta, it’s always really good. Today we had Abbi for the first time as our sever and she was awesome! It’s always a hit or miss if we get rolls, even when we ask for them, but she made sure to bring us some and even offered another basket fresh out of the oven. She also checked on us a few times and was very friendly in general. Definitely had to leave a review this time cuz she was awesome!

I usually hate coming here because it’s not what it used to be and the service is awful. However, my fiance and I went here on a whim yesterday, and for the first time in a few years, our food was really good. It was fresh and made properly, my steak was cooked right, the rolls weren’t rock solid, etc. The food was great. We also had the best service I think we’ve ever had there. I cannot remember her name, but she had dark hair and the cutest Christmas themed nails. We were never missing drinks, always had what we needed, she was very friendly, and overall we had a great experience. If all of the servers were like her and all of the cooks did as great as yesterday, we’d come back a whole lot more.

I went here on my birthday this week with some family members. The service was alright but there were only a few customers here on a Wednesday night. Our food came out quickly but was very disappointed. The chicken that two of us ordered was extremely small, about the size of two buffalo wings side by side. Most of our sides were cold and my son's food didn't arrive at the same time as everyone else's. Also the dessert options were severely limited and the rolls were a different style than they have been in the past. Lastly, I'm sure my entire party received some kind of food poisoning from this location as we have all experienced rapid illness in the 24 hours following our meal here.
