Horrible service. Was in the line after ordering in drive thru for 10 mins once I received my food it was cold. The girl running the drive thru was horrible.

Ordered a bowl with beef rice and broccoli, the broccoli was under cooked and stiff there was on 2 pieces of beef and the rice was unseasoned

I paid $10 for super greens and everything in the bowl tasted exactly the same. It was so nasty that I couldn't eat it. I have four pieces of shrimp for a bowl. Couldn't understand anything the order taker was saying

1st visit - the guy charged us an extra plate that we didnt order, then didnt even give us the plate. called and they gave us credit

2nd visit - came to claim the credit and order other food. STILL TERRIBLE SERVICE. my kid only eats the chow mein (they gave me all cabbage and maybe a few noodles on a plate). then, on the replacement credit plate, we got broccoli&beef...or in their mind, all broccoli and ONE piece of beef.

ended up eating cereal because the hassle of contacting them wasnt worth it once again.

this place USED to be good, but their service has gone down hill and clearly seems to be staying in the downward trend.

Normally love the Panda Express. This time I was not impressed. The rice was hard and the orange chicken was tough. The tea was good and not to sweet. The Broccoli beef was very good tender and flavorful. I might try again but some time will have to pass.

Second time they messed my order up online. They even put a sticker of what the order was supposed to be on the carryout box. Fool me once shame on me foll me twice shame on you will not be going back
