Definitely low end dining experience! I have noticed that this location is going in the same direction of the Gunbarrell location. The interior is run down. The carpet is filthy looks like it was last year since it was cleaned. I had trouble finding a clean table. I ordered the Chicken noodle and Chipotle chicken sandwich with avacado. After I had eaten half of it, I realized there were fewer pieces of chicken in it. After I examined it, the pieces were just fatty pieces with skin on them. I am careful with my diet to watch what I eat and Panera has always been a good reliable place, but now I believe something has changed for the worse. Nothing like what they advertise. The chicken noodle soup had maybe 3 pieces of chicken in it and a few pieces of noodles mostly all soup stock. I have been disappointed by Panera by the lack of having someone greet you and provide service in both of these locations. The coffee many times is empty when I come by. This is not the Panera bread I came to 4 years ago.
I notice they have mainly local guides pumping up these locations on their reviews which is not correct what some of them are saying.

Fast service and very clean. Great for dining in, takeout, a coffee meeting, solo studying/work, or a small group gathering. Not super busy, so there are always lots of places to sit!

Jami Gold, the manager at this location, was very loud with a disgruntled customer, and when I tried to let her know that the whole event looked really bad for other guests, she turned her frustration on me. I tried to speak calmly to her, but that didn’t help. I think your organization would be served much better if she received some training. Her subordinates were actually stellar and deserve commendations! I haven’t ordered here in a while. I guess it’ll be a little while longer because no one needs that Karma on a Sunday morning after church!

It was a great experience. Someone like myself who does not often eat out loved the freshness of the food. The kids' portions were surprisingly large for my 3 - and 5 year old. They could have easily split a single kids' sandwich meal. But they were happy to eat the rest later in the day.
