Papa Johns Pizza

Showed pizza was delivered on app when it wasn't delivered. When I contacted the store, the manager lied to me and hung up on me , Twice.

I called in because I wanted to place my order with someone in America! I got Stepen on the phone. He said he would be happy to help and place my order. I ordered about 5 or 6 pizzas for a party. He was so nice and wonderful on the phone. My pizzas were made quickly, tasted amazing and were for a decent price! Thank you Stepen!!!! You made our party great!!!!

I would give a 0 if allowed. If Shaq knew his name was being ruined he would bail!
Called this place to advise it was not to par, very little cheese or pepperoni.
Didn’t ask for a new one or a refund. Just called to tell them it’s not what would be expected after 10 years of service from them. Then I was hung up on not once but 3 times! What kind of service is this? Again, didn’t want another or a refund. Just wanted to give feedback.
One lady actually said “manager is no longer available and we will no longer answer your calls”
WOW! We will go anywhere but here from now on. I hate to see a business or franchise fail, but this takes the cake for me who works in customer service! Never again and I will be calling corporate and advising all of my circle they are better off saving money and going to little ceasers for what we just received. SHAME!

How are you gonna tell me it's been check and is now READY on the app...to just wait till I get there to tell me you don't have my pizza ready... They told me they needed to REMAKE part of the order, because it was wrong? Literally missed the first part of my football game. I ordered with PLENTY of time to get home after picking it up and had already paid on the app... No compensation for my wasted time or any steps to try and make this right. Don't mark something as ready just to waste people's time... Plus, the pizza after my wait wasn't even half and half toppings like I requested on the app nor was it even cut into slices.... I just didn't want to miss the rest of my game too..

We NEVER order Papa Johns but my husband agreed this evening and I'm thankful he did. I called to check our order because it still wasn't being delivered after the time it said it would. The general manager took my call explaining that the were super short staffed and she IMMEDIATELY gave a credit (NOT my intent for calling AT ALL). The driver Jacob was SUPER NICE and the food was HOT and fresh! Well done team! Thank you!

The parking lot is awful in a lowered vehicle I got stuck 3 times.

Ordered over 80 dollars worth of pizza. 1 pizza was supposed to be light sauce. They put light to no sauce on all 5 even though the order clearly showed 1 light and 4 regular. The Supreme had hardly no vegetables on it. Looked more like a cheese pizza. The rest of the pizzas simply had no sauce so you can imagine how they tasted. For 80 plus dollars I expected better quality and attention to preparation/presentation. I would have had better product from little Ceasars this round. The only bright spot was the efficiency of the delivery driver. In all fairness I have had plenty of good pizzas from papa John's but the person who made these takes no pride in their work. If it happens again I will be done with papa johns

Just really unprofessional . Waited 20 minutes for a DoorDash order . They’re in the back playing and literally cussing so so loud .

Called in over the phone told me price was $34.83 and when I get there say it is $45.94 for 1 large pepperoni, small cheese and small veggie. Order online otherwise they add charges and cost double for smaller portions. This isn't the first time so won't be ordering again.
