I order from SoHo often. I get home on this last order, and the chicken was still a little raw. I talked to Mel, who said the next time I make an order, it would be replaced/compensated. I assumed she wrote down my name. Came in tonight and because I don’t still have my receipt, then I can’t get my order replaced.
I would ALMOST understand, if I didn’t order from here average of 3-4 times a month. Greed is a shameful characteristic and having NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/APPRECIATION.
Got the lunch special two days ago and I’ve had blow out, a fever , and constant projectile vomiting since.I only ate this place on that day so I know for a fact the food poisoning came from this place. The zucchini tasted off and the meal was no where near as hot as it always is but I had faith that soho would not leave me this sick and on principle can never eat at this establishment again because I never wanna be this sick in my life again. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from getting sick. My pregnant wife also ate the food and I’m furious! Why serve food that has sat a long period?! Or not up to quality?!

We love Soho in Fort O! It’s always very good at a great price. Huge portions so my husband and I share one plate. Always fresh, clean and very good customer service.
These people are on it. We have this same restaurant in Hixson, TN, but this little dive in Georgia does it better. Folks were on the ball. Food was hot and good, ice cold soft drinks and service with a smile make this tasty stop a winner!!!

We visited Soho several times and it’s always been packed so just prepare yourself to wait a moment for your food. The service was good and the food was also.
Parking: There were no problems with parking. There is more than adequate space in their lot.
Kid-friendliness: This is a very kid friendly place I wouldn’t have a second thought about bringing my daughter here.

Very CLEAN front of house. I got the lunch hibachi chicken with vegetables. Food was delicious and well presented.
Came at about 3:00pm, in-between rush and service was great. Food came out quick.

Great food at a decent price! Their fried rice is it's own food group, deadass! And they give you plenty of it. 1 plate feeds 2
