The strawberry blonde lady that is always working the front is an absolute sweetheart. She is always SLAMMED and she works her butt off and is just always so nice.

I order from SoHo often. I get home on this last order, and the chicken was still a little raw. I talked to Mel, who said the next time I make an order, it would be replaced/compensated. I assumed she wrote down my name. Came in tonight and because I don’t still have my receipt, then I can’t get my order replaced.
I would ALMOST understand, if I didn’t order from here average of 3-4 times a month. Greed is a shameful characteristic and having NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/APPRECIATION.
Well I have only eaten here one time the food was hot, delicious and served quickly. I'm looking forward to my next visit
