I would not eat here because kitchen people don't wear gloves at all. Lot of people won't believe me. Pull the cameras up. Cameras don't lie

Went to the drive thru I ordered two burritos with tomatoes and jalapeños. I got the meat burritos instead. I am supposed to go by for them to correct the mistake. I'm going to try to go back tomorrow

Waited 34 minutes on a drink and French toast sticks. Jamie was very rude and although I could see his frustration, he done nothing to fix my order other than catch an attitude and be rude. Im tired of spending money and being treated badly for wanting my food. I placed my order at 7:58, and didn’t receive my order until 8:32 after I got out and had to ask the guy for my stuff. I love Sonic and often run through the East Ridge location with no issues, this place SUCKS!

I waited 25 minutes for my app order beyond the pick up time. I hit the button twice and no one ever answered or acknowledged it. I never did get my food. I called customer service and they said it would take up to 10 days to get a refund. This is the second time in a week that I have received poor service. Last time I did not get an item on my order. It took 20 minutes to get it and I had to hit the button two additional times because they keep forgetting to bring it. My expectations are pretty low already when I go there but this is ridiculous.

Ever time I use the app after I hit check out it says error. The store prices are so much higher I just end up eating somewhere else. It's very frustrating that I can't afford the dollar menu because it only exists online (even though nothing is a dollar anyway). It's also difficult not to be hateful in this situations. Stores say they are not allowed to put in discounts anymore (which shows this is an issue that has been going unfixed for a long time) and so sad for the employees who must have to say this several times a day especially when the signs even state the online deal price. At this point I'm not convinced that this isn't a scam by the corporation to get people foot in the door with a deal and then have them eat at full price because they are already there. So sad. This might be the last time I re-download the app.

Staff is usually very quick to get orders out and never had too many issues at this location. Always hit it up with my husband when we're heading back home from visiting family!

Always something at this Sonic. The ice cream machine doesn't work, my order was wrong, they're out of this they're out of that. Now I'll get a canned response wanting to know if I want to escalate this to the franchise owner. No I don't I just want you to fix your issues and act like your customers matter. Please do not respond to this. There's no reason to I'm not going to read it. Just try to fix your known problems, Maybe figure out where Chick-fil-A is getting their employees to provide such good customer service and friendly atmosphere and keep your customers happy.

Garbage. Total Garbage. 40 minute wait in the drive through for 1 drink and then it wasn’t what I ordered. It was also curdled milk. The workers were totally disrespectful and when I asked what the problem was, they didn’t seem to care.
