Cashier was extremely rude, no customer service. The food was cold. I have never received service like this.

Sarah from sonic is terrible. She has an attitude with all customers anytime you go.

I just went through the drive thru. The lady was very nice that took my order. The order was correct and was made nicely not just thrown together. The condiments were in the bag along with napkins. It was somewhat busy. I hope the manager sees this at gives some recognition to all that works there. Great job!

Depends on which store you go to. Most give you what you order, but the one in Ft Oglethorpe, GA... Never get your order right... Or it's thrown together... I bypass that one, and drive 3-4 miles to another one.

One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve every had took them over 30 minutes to take my order the server was very rude and the food was cold do not recommend

Really fast and polite, Johnny on the spot, I think sonic is not a bad place and the burgers actually have flavor like other fast food, but better because it has the carnival smell which no other place has, try the grape needs slushy. You will not regret it or the cream pie shake. Or grab you a foot long chilly cheese cooney. They have a number of things that are great and everyone would absolutely love.

I would not eat here because kitchen people don't wear gloves at all. Lot of people won't believe me. Pull the cameras up. Cameras don't lie

Went to the drive thru I ordered two burritos with tomatoes and jalapeños. I got the meat burritos instead. I am supposed to go by for them to correct the mistake. I'm going to try to go back tomorrow

Waited 34 minutes on a drink and French toast sticks. Jamie was very rude and although I could see his frustration, he done nothing to fix my order other than catch an attitude and be rude. Im tired of spending money and being treated badly for wanting my food. I placed my order at 7:58, and didn’t receive my order until 8:32 after I got out and had to ask the guy for my stuff. I love Sonic and often run through the East Ridge location with no issues, this place SUCKS!

I waited 25 minutes for my app order beyond the pick up time. I hit the button twice and no one ever answered or acknowledged it. I never did get my food. I called customer service and they said it would take up to 10 days to get a refund. This is the second time in a week that I have received poor service. Last time I did not get an item on my order. It took 20 minutes to get it and I had to hit the button two additional times because they keep forgetting to bring it. My expectations are pretty low already when I go there but this is ridiculous.
