Service was great but their breakfast burritos not so much. It's all eggs! One piece of bacon and maybe a half a piece of cheese and that's it! I should've had the breakfast sandwich...
usually had decent experiences here (though LONG waits) but this day i met a fat sad woman that was clearly having a bad day and took it out on everyone in the drive thru making us wait 40+ minutes for TATER TOTS AND CINNAMON STICKS. it should not take that long for ya’ll to heat up some god damn frozen food & the way their drive thru is built makes it impossible for you to leave if there is a crazy hill billy woman holding you hostage. do better.

When we ordered a certain burgers the way we wanted them in the drive thru, we got home and they had just slopped the stuff on there. When I called to express how bad it was, they didn't even care and a call to corporate garnered the same reaction. Told them I'd never be back there.That was 2018 and so far, not 1 time have we went there. The one in Rossville Ga is good. I'll never know if they got better, because I've kept my no return policy!

7pm on a Monday. I'm already in a sour mood when I pull in - looking for some yummy food to cheer me up. Line isn't moving at first (I'm next in line for the speaker) "Oh, no. I'm gonna be here a while," I thought. I moved up, placed my order, and say for a little bit longer. Then the line starts moving pretty fast (maybe 20 seconds per car. I get to the window and am greeted with a big warm greeting and smile. Despite confirming my order at the speaker, I was rang up for a smaller combo and instantly noticed the smaller drink size. The cashier verified that I was rang up for a medium instead of a large and was happy to fix that. All smiles the whole time. Completely changed my mood for the better! Just one reason why good customer service is so important. THANK YOU FOR YOUR AWESOMENESS, COURTNEY!

It's interesting once ur in their drive thru there's no turning back ur literally stuck lol. I ordered a fish bc it's on the Internet only to be told they stopped and I couldn't back up couldn't move forward I was stuck in the drive thru line, People who has been to this sonics they know. Na, all jokes aside it was ok took 5 minutes to get a shake at the window after waiting in line for 10 minutes stuck ?

For the first time in YEARS I finally had good service at a sonic and it was here! The food was fast and fresh and reminded me exactly why I am always hopeful for a good experience when I try to eat Sonic up north. The staff seemed a little stressed, but overall friendly. It was nice to see a sonic with more than one or two people working. Where I'm from the Sonic is often ran with just one kid running around like a chicken with his head cut off. I'm glad that isn't the case here!

Every time I come here to get anything, a drink or milkshake I always order ahead. Then I watch as many people get their orders well after I've pulled in and checked in on the app. The screen tells me someone is bringing me my order, but they don't come out for another 5 mintues or longer. It's getting ridiculous that I have to sit for so long to get my drink.
