went through the drive thru and when i finally got my drink it was all separated and didn’t look good at all. got down and asked if it could be remade, i was told its supposed to do that and then overheard her talking crap to her coworker and the coworker is laughing. all this was being done in my face. very rude and unprofessional. do better.

I’m in Valdosta visiting my dad and ordered Starbucks from the local venue and I gotta be honest…it makes me real thankful for the one I have at home (you guys). Everything just tastes slightly off here. First thing I’m gonna do when I get home is order from you. Thank you for making me miss home 😭

DO NOT go to this location they will serve you old milk and whipped cream. if you don’t notice right away and drive home your sol unless you drive back and give it to them for them to make a new one which isn’t realistic if you like 20+ minutes from the store. Will not be back to this location

Everyone is super sweet each time I have visited this location. My drink was made incorrect and they fixed it with no issues.

I love Starbucks! Today I went to Starbucks in Fort.Oglethorpe,GA and ordered mocha frappe no whip cream and an everything bagel. The frappe tastes chocolately and delicious and the bagel was nice and soft. And tasted wonderful with cream cheese! The employees are very nice and sweet. This isn't my first visit there. I had great experiences every time I have gone to this Starbucks!

Love this Starbucks! Has the best manager of any of them I’ve visited so far. 💚 The employees are all really courteous during my visits. This visit got an iced peach green tea double blended.🤤🍑🧊🍵💚 Can’t go wrong with an iced coffee double blended with caramel lining the cup with mocha on top and Oatmilk! Their blueberry muffins, danishes, Madeline’s, and croissants are also great go-to’s! So many good options that are so delicious to choose from no matter your mood. Very convenient to Chickamauga, Rossville, Ft. O, Ringgold, and Lafayette so you don’t have to travel a million miles for a craft coffee. Would definitely recommend for a stop for a pick me up. 🙂
