Steak 'n Shake

I've always loved steak 'n shake. I visited the steak 'n shake while I was out of town which is this one and it was much different than my locations in Florida having to order at a counter and then go sit down and pick up your food. It just seems like not the steak 'n shake way. It was good but it could have been better.

I have been a Steak and shake customer for a long time, I remember the table service, the super busy hostess, and the line for a table being out to the parking lot. It's NOTHING like that now. IDK why or what went wrong, but I do know that my food, service, and cleanliness were OUTSTANDING!! I don't mind tipping as long as the tip is being shared, in today's hiring climate it's next to impossible to find folks who wanna work in fast food and I understand that as well, so I don't mind ordering at the counter or getting up to get my food. Give Steak and Shake a shot. Keep them in bussiness here in Ft. Oglethrope, and if something isn't right or you feel like you're being treated rudely, speak to the manager so it gets resolved.

Food was awful didn’t have any sauces with my order. Milkshake tasted like it was made with plastic. Highly disappointed.

Why do the burgers have to be so salty?! We can’t even eat it all because of all the salt. 😳 The fries are usually always good but somebody sure is happy with the salt.

First SnS experience, and it was a good one. I enjoyed the burger which was well prepared. I would have preferred fries that were slightly crisper, but they were satisfactory.

Good food..Bit pricey.. It would be nice to have a clean table. Every time I come here the tables are filthy as are the floors. Cleanliness is a crucial part of running a eatery.
