Last time I was here, they were very far behind. The employee serving us said the previous shift had left everything a mess to walk into that day. She apologized and gave me a free chip and small drink with my sandwich. I am very appreciative. I have informed their corporate so this store doesn't have to deal with these problems again.

This was by far the worst experience. We walked in and stood there for several minutes as the employee was filling up containers. Never greeted us, never said just a min or nothing. Other customers came in behind us, and she finally said asked what we wanted. They also had their sign off, and it was 7p.m. They acted we, and the 6 people behind us were an inconvenience for them. Horrible service. Not to mention the one employee talking about throwing up as me and my family sit and was eating out food. Subway really needs to teach these employees a little customer service skills. Do better Subway on Lafayette Rd.

I was the only customer in the store 745 on a Saturday night. 2 employees working behind the counter, and they didn't feel the need to say hello, I will be with you in a minute, nothing. Stood there for about 5 minutes. No excuse for refusing to acknowledge a customer's presence. I left and went to Arby's.

I just got quite possibly the best sub I’ve ever gotten from subway tonight and whoever made my DoorDash order deserves a raise.

My parents went here the other day and walked out with nothing. They were in the process of making his sandwich but the flies that were landing on it was horrific. He told the manager and he didn’t offer to remake just continued and my dad said I’m not wanting it now. So beware if/when you go there.
I've indulged in quite a few cold cuts throughout my years but never one quite so delicious. Sandwich Picasso Stephanie Merciers and the rest of staff made me and my baby girl feel welcome the moment we walked in the door. Can't see myself ever slumming it at any other Subway when this one is soooo much better than the rest!

Horrible very horrible. Jason wouldn't even speak and ask what we wanted, when he did finally look up he made a face like he was just disgusted at us. Very slow, refused to even acknowledge that we were in the store until we said something to him. Just take the extra time and go to the other subway in fort o.

I think subway needs to get the orders for people waiting in line first not the online order because last time we waited 30 mins an that’s Ridiculous an unfair it’s like waiting an hour

Absolutely horrible experience. Only one employee working. Restaurant was very busy.
Due to his rush, the sandwiches were inedible. Way too much mayo. Soggy meat. Just too many issues with the food to name.
I absolutely do not blame with ONE STAFF PERSON. He was doing the best he could with the limited resources he had. The manager of that store should be ashamed for putting him in such a situation. Poor leadership!!!! We have tried this store twice with both times it being under staffed. Will never return.
