You should shut it down! close this Wendy's I came by there and their is no sign saying your closed in the lobby and it is 2 in the afternoon on Wednesday. The drive thru is only open and it is 2 pm in the afternoon close this Wendy's down it is a literal dump! This Wendy's is the toilet bowl of Wendy's locations in the Chattanooga area! Do democrats run this Wendy's? This Wendy's looks like it belongs on rossville Blvd and I will never eat fast food on rossville Blvd! I'll go to the chickamauga Wendys where they treat their customers with respect and are courteous to them and keep a clean restaurant!! Wooooooo bye bye bye flush

Stopped in for lunch because I love the freestyle machine. The whole thing was out of order. They were out of the lettuce they use, I guess the one other types of lettuce just wouldn't do. And your only choice of fries are potatoe wedges.

They seem to close like 15 minutes earlier than the time they claim to close at I’m confused. While they literally sit outside talking while people wait 20 minutes in the drive thru when they don't close until 12AM and it be like 11:30PM.

On 11/23/2024, Pulled in drive thru at 11:40 pm, upon arriving I see employee (black guy with locs) sitting down in dining room with headset on, I proceed to drive thru to order my food and I sit there along with 3 other cars behind me bc no one comes to intercom. Says open late and that you guys close at 12:00 so I'm not understanding why no one came to intercom, even if it was just to say that you guys were closed. Poor customer service!!!

It's fast food. It good. They just need more workers. They were trying their best to get the food out, so be patient with them. It's not their fault that nobody wants to come to work, and they have to work with a skeleton crew.
This has got to be the worst ran Wendy's in the area. Giving out old cold food constantly. No tomatoes, etc. You van literally ask for freshly made food and they look at you like you're craz as if you've committed a crime and they ignore your request and still give you old food. I even heard them mumbling to themselves that they can't waste food. How dumb is that when it's lunch time? What does a fresh foid request have to do with a waste? People like this don't need to be handling someone's food order. They literally refused to give me fresh food. They've been getting away with this for many years. The black haired girl usually has a somewhat rude disposition. They had to have a discussion about a fresh food request and ofcourse everyone had to peek at me.
