On 11/23/2024, Pulled in drive thru at 11:40 pm, upon arriving I see employee (black guy with locs) sitting down in dining room with headset on, I proceed to drive thru to order my food and I sit there along with 3 other cars behind me bc no one comes to intercom. Says open late and that you guys close at 12:00 so I'm not understanding why no one came to intercom, even if it was just to say that you guys were closed. Poor customer service!!!

It's fast food. It good. They just need more workers. They were trying their best to get the food out, so be patient with them. It's not their fault that nobody wants to come to work, and they have to work with a skeleton crew.
This has got to be the worst ran Wendy's in the area. Giving out old cold food constantly. No tomatoes, etc. You van literally ask for freshly made food and they look at you like you're craz as if you've committed a crime and they ignore your request and still give you old food. I even heard them mumbling to themselves that they can't waste food. How dumb is that when it's lunch time? What does a fresh foid request have to do with a waste? People like this don't need to be handling someone's food order. They literally refused to give me fresh food. They've been getting away with this for many years. The black haired girl usually has a somewhat rude disposition. They had to have a discussion about a fresh food request and ofcourse everyone had to peek at me.

This wendys is literally the worst I've ever been to. From someone who is a manager at a fast food restaurant I would never ever allow my restaurant to run this way. The crew and managers are so disrespectful. So insanely slow and lazy. I frequent this restaurant at least 3 to 4 times a month. I get mobile orders and wait no less than 30 minutes every single time. Not to mention they NEVER have salads. Literally ever 4 times in a row now, no salads. I never complain, but they literally make you feel like you are a burden on them at their place of employment. They always forget something and never answer the phone. I've now resorted to driving across town to the other wendys because they are fast, fresh, and efficient. I really try to give them the benefit of doubt because I too work in this industry, but after 2 consistent years of this something has to change.

Came through the drive thru cashiers name was Alisa. Ordered spicy nuggets that were plain. Fries cold and stale. Ordered a biggie bag with a upgraded large lemonade and she handed us a small coke, corrected her she took coke back and said they can’t upgrade the drink when they do every single time as I order the same thing. Very disappointed.

If I could not give a star I would. This Wendy’s is awful and every employee should be fired immediately. Everyone I know hates this Wendy’s lately. They are obnoxious, cuss at their customers, don’t give correct change back, does not put in the order you want, then claims they are trying to make you pay less when really it is $4 more and won’t change it. Tonight three employees cussed out a customer for no reason.
