The lady at the window wasn't very friendly... but to be fair, if I were being paid what I assume she's being paid, I'd put in minimal effort to be friendly, too.The food was exactly as you would expect Wendy's food to be.

I went through the drive-thru today and I asked for a kids hamburger Happy meal. The person at the window said can you be more specific about what kind of burger? So I said what do you mean? Hamburger kids meal. So the manager comes to the window, and says the same stupid thing. I said ma'am your menu board says hamburger meal cheeseburger meal or nugget meal. Then she said do you want cheese on that? Again I said ma'am if I wanted cheese I would have said cheeseburger meal. I don't know because of the eclipse they were too off the chain today. They never apologize for the misunderstanding or anything just threw me my money and my food. Today was just a bad day but they do have some nice workers over there. I have met some very nice workers over there. But remember April the 8th (eclipse monsters) that crew was not good.

I love the asiago chicken club classic or spicy. They have a great variety of drinks with the free style machine. Haven't had any bad experiences and love to come here when I can.

Cold food did not receive the right order. I don't know who cooked but it was 9: 56pm on 4-3-24 paid 40$ and still received cold food. And missing 2 burgers .. I have called multiple times and getting hung up on.. so I will show this to the manager and get to the bottom of this ...

I like Wendy's and this place is 2m from my house. Unfortunately, this location is the worst, dirtiest, slowest, and most mismanaged Wendy's on the planet. Every single time I break down and try to give them another chance...it's the same ole' story. Missing or cold food, long waits and terrible customer service. At least they are consistent.
