The manager Prim is AWFUL! Honey if you hate your job that much then this isn’t the job for you. I did an online order last night went in to pick it up, Prim rudely got my bag which had grease leaking so bad out of it that when I asked her what it was to make sure it was grease “it’s grease duh” when I asked for another bag she proceeded to roll her eyes and threw another bag on the counter. When I told her the rudeness wasn’t necessary as I was saying please and thank you she again rolled her eyes and walked away all while giving me a go to hell look. It was an awful experience just to get a take out order not once has anyone there been this rude at all. Sad if the managers act like this the employees are going to think it’s ok and treat every guest the same way.

I think the bad reviews of this location are from when there was different management because when I come here the service, wait time, and food are all great! I love the cashier i see most often because she's very sweet and patient and always helps me figure out what I want to eat.

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had and it was at this Wingstop location. I don’t know how this place is even still open with how terribly it’s run. From the moment I walked in, it was a complete disaster.
Let’s start with the wait time. I ordered a small meal just a few wings and fries and I ended up waiting nearly an hour. Yes, AN HOUR. And no, the place was not busy. Maybe two other people were waiting, and a few others were dining in. Absolutely no reason it should take that long unless the staff is intentionally moving at a snail’s pace. I asked for an update politely after 30 minutes and got nothing but attitude in return.
The employees here were unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. Not once did anyone say “thank you” or “sorry for the wait” instead, I was met with blank stares, eye-rolls, and passive-aggressive responses like “it’ll be ready when it’s ready.” One guy behind the counter looked like he hated being there and took it out on every customer he spoke to. The others were either playing on their phones or goofing around instead of working. Zero customer service. Zero urgency. Zero respect.
And then there’s the complete lack of cleanliness. The floors were filthy. Like, sticky, trash-covered, hasn't been mopped in days filthy. There were food wrappers and napkins on the floor, tables were covered in crumbs and leftover sauce, and the trash bins were overflowing. Even the counter where food is handed over had grease marks and splatters on it. It was genuinely disgusting, and it made me question the hygiene in the kitchen too. If the front of house looks like this, I don’t even want to imagine what’s happening behind the scenes.
By the time I got my food, I honestly didn’t even want to eat it anymore — and when I did, it was cold, soggy, and clearly rushed (despite the massive wait). Complete waste of time and money.
Avoid this location at all costs. I don’t know who’s running it, but they clearly don’t care about the customers, the staff, or basic cleanliness. I’ll never come back, and I’ll warn anyone I know to steer clear. There are way better places to get wings without dealing with this level of nonsense.
Just left ,My food was delicious, hot and fresh. The man with a pink Red Bull came in and immediately clocked in to assist us he needs a raise 🙌 And seems the manager was in there and was very friendly 😇

I live on the road next to wing stop, I got a Togo order and I mean they had one job, that the failed at. cook fresh food. I had to recook the entire thing. the fries were soggy wings were cold, my ranch was dumped into the bag with out a lid they gave no silver ware honestly, I’m just gonna go back to life before they built one bc the thought of wing stop was way better than the food their giving out !
