Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

First time after remodel,We don't like the new look decoration, has no atmosphere, like the old time picture and say something about the area, the floor looks like is need to be sweep with all the stone chips. Is to bad people trying to change things in theor thought for better but they are making worse, color are to dark .

This evening we came to this establishment in the drive thru line. There was one car in front of us at the window. For a solid 20 minutes we never seen anyone come to the window for the car in front of us. Finally a girl appears and hands them their food. When we get up to the window the girl is literally eating her food while handling orders at the window. That's extremely unsanitary. After 15 minutes she finally hands us our food. The whole order was completely wrong, three plates wrong. So my wife takes two of our orders back up there which are wing meals I have looked at my wings so I know what they look like, terrible was an understatement and definitely not typical Zaxby's wings. She takes back up to the door and explains the wing sauces are wrong on both. They take the order in and ask us which car we are parked in, my wife shows them. We wait another 15 minutes and wife has to walk back up there. The girl at the door says you don't have to be so rude as if it's our fault their establishment messed up in more ways than one. Only to get it back to the car and realize the wings were rinsed off and dipped in the correct sauce. 10/10 would never recommend and the sad part is there was a manager in there.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at this Zaxby’s. Walked into the restaurant and was blasted with heat from a probably broken AC. Took forever to order, and when we finally did, we didn’t get our food for almost 30 minutes. The tables were all disgusting, we had to wipe one down ourselves. Staff was almost non-existent at the registers, there was a line of around 6-7 people waiting to order. Food was fine, when we finally got it, except for the fact that our fries were completely unseasoned, and we were missing several things from our order. Horrible experience.

My family and I came here to dine in. As soon as we walked in we noticed how dirty the lobby was. Dirty tables, nasty floor. The A/C was also broken. It then took 30 minutes to get our food. I thought this was “fast food”?? And when we got the food it did not look good. Our orders of fries were were literally white! So disappointed!

It's been well over a year since I had Zaxbys last and I stopped in today but man was I disappointed. The quality of food has gone WAY down and the price has gone way up, it cost atound $60 for 2 people! The traditional wings were tough as beef jerky and everything was crazy salty. The fried pickles were horrid, just salt and mushy cucumber. The pickle didn't even taste like a pickle, it was just bland mush, like if you left a pickle in a jar of water for a week. Also one of the things I used to love about going here was the drink combo machine but they got rid of it and went back to a plain fountain machine. Maybe I'll try again in another couple of years, definitely not going back anytime soon.

LaNesha took our order today and was an absolute delight. She was so nice. Her name tag said she was the GM and she was definitely being a leader, she was working so hard and encouraged her workers to do so also. The restaurant was so nice and clean and looks great after being remodeled. Our food came out hot so definitely no complaints there.

The rudest girl running drive thru they need to hold there employees accountable for their actions

The little girl they have running the drive thru was the rudest girl I have ever delt with after I sit in the drive thru for 15 mins she tells me to order I told her she didn't have to be so rude keep in mind she was rude to the man in front of me as well she then tells me I can go inside I said no I'm in the drive thru for a reason I told her I was ready to order she refuses to take my orders I then ask for a manager she was nicer but did nothing to the worker who was very rude I pull to the window no greeting no have a nice day so I call corporate to let them hear how she is speaking to me and they kept apologizing for her behavior I think they forget without customers they don't have a job do better battlefield fort Oglethorpe Zaxby's actually hold your workers accountable

Zaxby's off of Cummings Hwy is okay if you want a zalad or some chicken of course but service is slow and they hire a lot of teenagers the atmosphere doesn't at all feel friendly like it should when you walk in everybody is staring and when your order gets taken you wait for a period just to make sure they got it right

Food took 40 minutes to come out then ended up giving my wife food poisoning. She had the Asian salad yesterday 7/24/25.

Fajitas should not be slimy and soggy inside or out.. Chicken is usually a win. First time I had the Fajita was pretty good. However, lately quality seems to be the issue now.. takes forever to get the food..only for it to not even be good.

It's almost like it's about to shut down. It takes forever to get up in line to order your food, takes forever to get your food, and the employees act like they hate their jobs. We have debated on not going back.
