Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Really should invest in smaller containers since the huge ones aren't even half full. Wildly disappointed with the price to volume ratio.

Came through the drive through about 9 and ordered, they told us it would be a 5 minutes for our food so we pulled up and sat. About 15 minutes went by and we went through the drive through again and they gave us a bag that had one of the meals we ordered so we sat there and had to flag the girl down to get us the second. Turns out none of the sauces were there and we didn’t have straws so we had to park and my fiance had to go back and stand at the drive through window for way too long before he could finally get their attention and they still gave us the wrong stuff. This is the second time I’ve had an awful experience with the night staff here. Next level incompetence if you can’t get a fast food order right.

I don’t know how this Zaxby’s is still open, because every single visit is a masterclass in how to screw up fast food. The chicken was so hard and dry it felt like I was chewing on seasoned cardboard that had been left out for a week. The fries were burnt to the point of being inedible—crispy isn’t the goal, charcoal is not a seasoning. On top of that, they forgot my coleslaw entirely, which honestly tracks because they always forget something. The only thing that was remotely acceptable was my Sprite, and congratulations to them for successfully pouring soda from a machine. This location has never once given me a good experience, not a single time. I actually avoid Zaxby’s altogether if the only option is the Fort Oglethorpe location because I already know it’s going to be shitty. It’s consistently disappointing, poorly managed, and clearly doesn’t care about food quality or customer satisfaction. Save your money, your time, and your appetite—go literally anywhere else.

The food was great but the manager under the name cherrie was giving the employees some kind of medicine type substance in the back, which was a little off. Around 7:20 I was there could’ve been earlier as well!!! Just when I saw the drug type thing

10 ⭐️ for Sharon! she is such a sweet heart and really showed up with some amazing customer service I havent seen in a while, anywhere. Always nice when someone doesnt need to hear you ask or say much of anything and they just know what you needed. Thank you! I hadnt been in for a long time but, I will definitely come back sooner than later now!

Whoever redesigned the fort Oglethorpe zaxbys , ,,, should be let go, it's boring,reminds me of the Navy mess hall, what happened to tradtion of our city all over the walls, im shocked im betting dine in sales drop,Not to mention the mess hall was a mess...

I ordered the chicken finger plate and it arrived within just a minute and it was all hot and crispy fresh. I’d like to mention how polite and helpful my cashier margarita was as well.

I was hoping after the remodel maybe it would be better. Sadly I was wrong. The employees were sweet and friendly but the inside of the place is atrocious now. But that’s not the reason for reviewing. The wings and chicken is always ice cold. Never even slightly, hopefully lukewarm. I guess salads is all they should now because it looks like a chicken salad chick now and the same ridiculous prices, almost 17$ for a wings and thing that used to be 8.99$.
