Let's think about this the bathroom is far from the cleanest and if the womens bathroom was nasty what do you think about the food area. Just got home from going through the drive thru and I wanted to leave a review because I am extremely disappointed with the drive thru at this Zaxby's because of my experience today.First off, the woman taking my order sounded very rude and impatient over the speaker. When I pulled up to the window the woman that was working the window quickly snatched the money out of my hand before I could make sure I was trying to hand her enough and I didn't, so she came back to the window and I tried explaining to her that she snatched my money to fast and walked away with the window closing behind her before I could make sure it was enough. So, I handed her some more money and she took it and walked away. When she came back to hand me my receipt she didn't even look twice at me.I had ordered 5, 5 chicken finger plate with extra fries and when I just looked in my boxes they all have coleslaw.. and on top of not having them right they didn't put silverware in my bag either. If you're going to pay $60 for fast food .. you expect your order to be right and the service to be on point...

The Fort-O Zaxby’s is overall crummy. They never season your fries, they never add celery on Wings N’ Things, and they forget stuff from your order. I recently had a deal in the app for a free 5 piece chicken tender. I added it to my mobile order, got my food, got home, and realized they didn’t even include it! It was on the receipt but not in the bag. Do better, Fort-O Zaxbys.
