Watched him microwave my steak and cheese then cut package open and put it on the bun. Steak had alot of grisle or fat couldn't chew.

Lunch time, it was about 1245. Was able to order quickly, guy at the counter was cool. I ordered a meal, he says, 'Are potato cakes ok? We are out of fries and curly fries.' Ok, potato cakes it is. Potato cakes were great 30 years ago when they were baked. Now because the fryers are not hot enough to crisp and seal the outside, the soak up oil. My food was ready and another guy is re-naming me, not ready the bag. The drink machine is dripping all over, from places it should not drip. Then I see the rainbow of multi color straws, they were not wrapped. Like the went to the store and bought a box and everyone picked thru the straws, no thanks. The sandwich was fine. The dining area was fairly clean, several table needed to be wiped down.

Parking: Many parking spots were hard the access due to the drive thru.

I was with my family at Arby's on Jesse Jewell Pkwy in Gainesville and we ate some delicious roast beef sandwiches. I also want to thank Landon and the entire team for their kind attention.

Worst food ever and service will never return the guy in the drive through was rude and I had a double roast beef sandwich and got a single the sandwich are premade definitely not fresh I would not order from here food was old

I got a jamocha shake for my boyfriend along with other food and he got an onion chunk in his shake. He ended up throwing up and he's refusing to eat at Arby's again. I honestly don't blame him because that is DISGUSTING! I don't even think those two are made in the same place so why and how was there an onion in his shake? I'm definitely NOT going back to that Arby's. If I could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat. What if he was allergic to onions!? It's sad to say that my thoughts of Arby's have been completely reversed and I used to LOVE Arby's but now I'm scared to order anything because of my own allergies

I placed a GrubHub order today (over $25 not including tip) and this Arby's sent me the wrong order - a sandwich worth about $6.00 instead of my $25 meal. The bag even had the other customer's name on the freaking bag with my receipt attached. So, my lunch went south because some "Jake Harper" at Arby's apparently cannot perform even as elementary a task as matching an order to a receipt - when that is all they have to do for a living (really are you kidding me). And... if you ever had your GrubHub order go south... well you can probably know the language I was using. And it happens way too often. I fear for the future of fast food - and ultimate starvation when it now becomes impossible to even get the order - you ordered - and paid for. God Help Us! I shared the additional details with the Guest Support Team as the Owner requested - but I never heard from them.. I guess Jake Harper must work there too.
