We didn’t receive the kids meal portion of our drive thru order and my husband went inside to get it. I was on the phone with him as he did and heard the female employee get loud with him so I carried in the rest of the order to show we didn’t get it all. She continued to escalate the situation by yelling at him even though I was calmly trying to end it. I swore off this location 4 years ago after they served me jalapeño bites still frozen and missing my fries. Tried again tonight 1-23-21 because they got a remodel and maybe a new owner /management. Apparently not, they served me the wrong sandwich and left out my potatoe cakes. The choice between starvation and this location. I would happily welcome death.
