Day before Xmas Eve. No business,not 1 person there.Went thru drive-thru Ordered Told her lots of Arby's sauce. She gave me marinara for the cheese sticks she shorted me, I didn't even have and no Arby's sauce at all. Well never eat there again.

Best Arby’s experience I’ve ever had. Came in around 5 pm. Greeted and had order taken inside immediately. Had a coupon for the 3 course meal. The cashier even gave me the option for tater cakes. Other locations like friendship road will not take that coupon. Food came out super fresh. It was all really the best quality and taste I’ve ever had at Arby’s. Highly recommend

This is the Arby’s that I usually go to. The one on Lanier Islands Pkwy is a little more consistent with food quality. Both have great service and this one is more convenient for me.

I've been here several times the food is arby's, so that's what you can expect. I have yet to receive my order correct, make sure you check before you drive off.
So, it's an Arby's. You either like it or you don't and you know who you are. As far as Arby's food goes this one is 8 out of 10. The atmosphere however is super weird. For some reason instead of music they decided to play Christian talk radio.
No I'm not really complaining about that. People can listen to what they want to. However as I'm chowing down on a double roast beef sandwich; hearing someone tell me how gluttony is bad; it makes me wonder man, should I actually be here? No, I should be somewhere healthier at least.
Not sure if this Vibe is limited only to when sermons about gluttony are on the overhead sound system, but it certainly made me not want to go back. For the sake of my own soul.

We have not eaten at Arby's in a long time & decided to stop by on our way back home. Now i know why. First off, we weren't greeted by either employee that was up front. I had to say: Hi, how are you! My sandwich was cold & the potato cakes were luke warm. They literally had like 10 lined up on a warmer. There is no telling how long they had been there. Needless to say...we were very disappointed.
