Stopped in to have supper last night at 8:30 was greeted by a person at the cash register , and I was told that unless we were ordering chicken , they would not be able to serve us.They had no roast beef?But I was informed to please come back another day.

Consistently bad food compared to other Arbys locations. We’ve been there 3 times over the past year-ish. First time the drinks had no ice, second time, the roast beef was cold on all of the sandwiches, and today the buns were stale, roast beef was room temperature, and both sandwiches only had 3 and 4 slices of roast beef on them. If you’re in oakwood, I recommend eating somewhere else. If you need Arbys, other locations are much better.

Clearly said large size meals at drive through and the cashier at the window was rude and insisted that I said medium and they mixed curly fries with crinkle fries which they are NOT supposed to do! These people are lazy and they seemed to go to great lengths to not want to fix the problem. I will not be eating here again ?

I just purchased the the bacon turkey meal with a regular fries no salt and a small lemonade. The fries was nice and hot, the drink was fine, but the sandwich was not edible. The lettuce was spoiled. I called as I already reached home, I asked for the manager and the individual who answered, said he was the manager. I informed him of my findings, which he replied "Our lettuce are fresh!" I asked him his name and he said it's Daniel. Afterwards he told me he can remake it if I give him my name. My issue is my dining experience was ruined and I didn't receive an apology, instead an excuse as if I am making this up.

The food was good. Cashier was nice enough but hard to understand. Manager on duty couldn't give an once of care. The sauce station looks like someone took a hammer to it. I like Arby's but this could be better. Customer service isn't that hard.

The General Manager at this location needs to be trained as to the appropriate way to address ALL people. Regardless of it being a customer or an applicant for employment. I hope it is not the official position of the company to belittle and degrade its customers the same way they do their applicants. Yesterday an interview was held for the Assitant Manager position with the General Manager. The meeting went great and at the end the dredded remark was made "We have to do a back ground check." Of which the applicant truthfully disclosed their record that was many years ago. At which point the GM gets up abruptly and collects the applicants paperwork off the desk and states "There is nothing else to discuss here" and throws the applicants papers away. I have never heard of a greater display of blaintant disrespect. Shame on the GM and shame on Arby's for making a person that has turned their life around feel like they were nothing. it is hard for be to believe that Arby's official position on a criminal record is so strict considering the Arby's location in Gainesville just a few miles away was recently managed by someone I know fact has sold more opiates in Hall County and ruined more people's lives than can be calculated. Not to mention the massive amount of felonies racked up by this person in those years of her and her husband selling opiates and methamphetamines. So please tell me my friend was made to feel this way at an interview when I know for a fact there has to be a relaxed approach to backgrounds of employees. Make this make sense. Arby's do better.

We wanted to try the new "hushpuppy breaded fish". I expected much better from Arby's. It tastes like what I would get from frozen food at the grocery store. Not even close to hushpuppy breaded. Big disappointment!
