Bluefin Hibachi & Sushi

Today was our first visit to BlueFin. We are so sad to realize that we had been driving past this fantastic restaurant for almost 5 years. That will change after today! So awesome. Great staff and menu. We had Ninja hibachi, crispy crab roll sushi, bang bang shrimp rice bowl and fried rice. There were 3 of us. Everything was prepared well and tasted great.

This was the best steak, chicken shrimp hibachi I have ever had!!!!!

This place has always been good - I hadn’t been in a long time and am wondering if it is still the same owners. I ordered tempura- veggies were good the shrimp was basically frozen breaded shrimp- not tempura battered. . The hibachi meal was so disappointing- the chicken was tough and Luke warm - the steak poor quality and tasteless. Rice and veggies same. Won’t be going back

I got 2 rolls, the lanier roll and the lakeside roll. And the appetizer I got was an order of gyoza. The presentation was beautiful and the rolls looked quite elegant. Both rolls had a lot going on, but we're surprisingly bland. Vegetables were probably unripe or in not in season, the fish was probably a lower quality with a subpar fat contant, and the sushi rolls were not rolled tightly which caused them to fall apart easily. I admire the artistic standpoint but the lack of flavor was disappointing. As for the gyoza, I dont belive it was handmade. It too lacked flavor. For a 50 dollar meal before tip, flavor should be the thing that stands out most. I was quite disappointed. I will try the resturant again in the future and update this review. As for now, 3 stars seems fair. Not bad but not great either.

Ordered take out for dinner. Mongolian beef was dry and tasteless. The Singapore Mei Fun was greasy and the noodles were undercooked. Also, we ordered the dinner portion and it could be barely called an appetizer. Surprised by how high this place is rated online. Certainly some gamesmanship.

We were looking for a nearby place to get hibachi and after reading the great reviews, decided to try Bluefin. The restaurant is clean, service is very good and the food is excellent. All food is prepared in the kitchen, they don't cook in front of you. This is in a neighborhood setting and while there were many people eating inside, the stream of takeout customers was amazing.

Probably the best Sushi in all Hall County. Not ashamed to say I'm a regular. I love this place. What's even better than the food tho is the Amazing customer service i get every time i walk in through those doors. Every single one of the waitresses are Kind and always greet with a Smile and Ms. Peggy is really good at making regulars feel like family.
Highly recommend the Crunchy Crab Roll, Eel Roll, & Crazy Crab Roll.

I usually dine in, but my roommate has COVID so I was picking up Togo for us. When you dine in, you get a salad with the bowl and roll entree. But apparently, when you place the order Togo, you don’t get either, nor do you get veggies with the bowl and roll protein. (And the rolls looked a little small). This was not apparent on their online order service, but is written in small font on the Togo menu online. I paid for my food online and tipped, and did not argue because it’s not the employees fault, but I believe that it’s a little deceptive to provide such a drastic difference in the dine in vs take out food options (which is the same price btw.) Why should I pay the same for less, especially when I’m not sitting in a table which allows for more guests to be served. Owners should reconsider this different Togo menu policy.
