Chicken wings were awesome as was the cheeseburger. Cassidy is a seasoned waitress. I watched as she handled three large groups with no hiccups. Attentive, polite and excellent in every aspect for a waitress.

We just ate lunch here and I had a very good waitress, she was so kind and patient! She brought good energy into the atmosphere. The food was delicious and came out at an efficient time! 🙂

Absolutely disgusting she told the girls next to us she wasn’t going to serve us so we can leave. And she made a comment about Mexicans being annoying. Clear as day we heard her. worst experience here ever. Never going back.

Bartender was more interested in flirting with my date than answering me

No one greeted us the entire time we were here and several staff walked by us as we stood at the hostess stand and waited to be acknowledged. We gave up on asking for a table and went to the bar. The bartender took about 10 minutes to come over to us and then acted offended that we were there. When our food came, the staff member hovered our trays over the island staring off to the side and we had to grab the trays out of his hands. Just disappointing all the way around.

We are here over the weekend and had a horrible experience with our server Joy. She was nice in the beginning but when my girlfriend explained to her that her wings were under cooked and still pink in the middle she became very upset and rude. The manager came out and explained that that would remake the order at no cost. Our server Joy never came back to the table for the remaining 45 min we were there minding refills no checkup on our food when we asked for our check from another server passing by. Joy our server was overheard saying this is why she “hates serving white people there always trying to get stuff for free and making black people look bad. We again asked to speak to the manager Mel about her comments the manager said she would speak to her about her comments and she apologized for her servers actions. They were then heard arguing in the kitchen back and forth for the next ten minutes. Until we were finally able to pay through another server and leave after 1 hour 27 minutes. The environment was extremely hostile and the racist comments were overheard by numerous customers.

I have no complaints. The cocktails I ordered - amazing. The service - fantastic. The food - it’s Bdubs, I already know what I’m getting into (They do have a really good smash burger though). This one exceeds expectations of a standard Buffalo Wild Wings experience

Was served a drink from the bar with shards of glass in the drink. I alerted the bartender, who didn’t seem phased by this. Management came over, and they attempted to rectify the situation. I was told that corporate would contact me about the safety issue, and that never transpired. I would not recommend this establishment at all. Perhaps an isolated incident, but with negligent bar and wait staff serving hazardous materials to guests, I don’t anticipate any improvement from a business that blatantly doesn’t care about what they’re serving their guests. If one is considering giving their money to a corporate restaurant establishment, I would suggest picking a different place.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Gainesville GA is a great place to eat and hang out. The staff are friendly and the service is quick even when the place gets busy. The wings always come out hot and fresh with plenty of flavor and the sauces are really good.

The restaurant has a fun atmosphere with lots of TVs showing different games so it is a nice spot to watch sports or chill with friends. The place is clean and the food always tastes consistent.

Overall Buffalo Wild Wings in Gainesville GA is a solid spot for good food good service and a fun time every visit. Our waitress Emma also did a great job.

Im fully convinced they just dont care about their customers who order delivery. They can never seem to get our simple orders right. Wings, southern chicken sandwhich with fries and tenders with fries. Last order they left the wings out and I had to drive up there to get them even after paying the delivery fees then I was promised a refund and of course never received it. The time before that they didn't send the sandwich and so tonight we tried one more time and they left out all the sides and dressings. I keep wanting to give them a chance but I think we are just done.

I ordered two servings of the 6 pc honey garlic boneless wings, they were burnt and honestly inedible, i couldnt even taste the chicken only the burnt skin on it, it was 25$ in all, i wasted my money. Ive came here twice before this, ordered the cauliflower wings and had no problems, but the way these wings were burnt is completely unacceptable and to even think it was a good idea to serve them after seeing how they came out is disrespectful. This place has one purpose and that is to serve food, i understand no ones perfect, but i spend my hard earned money and expect something this price to actually be cooked the way it needs to be.

I ordered 30 wings with a side of celery and carrots for the Georgia game from Door Dash. The wings were great. However I got two celery sticks and five baby carrots along with a tiny ramekin of ranch. I would have expected a bit more of ranch and veggies for ordering 30 wings.
