Ordered on Doordash. Wings were great. Paid for 2 side salads. Both had brown slimy lettuce. YUCK!

PLEASE NOTE: They don't really care about the gross salads (I paid $11 for). I'd suggest sticking to the wings - they were great.

We walk up to the hostess and there’s me, my daughter and my wife. We had a friend in the bathroom that was eating with us. I informed the hostess that we had 4 in our party, she asked is everyone here, I said yes, 1 is in the bathroom…the restaurant had 6 people in it total at this time….The hostess replied it’s company policy that all your party has to be here before I can seat you….our friend was doing #2 apparently so….the hostess would not seat us….

We will NEVER visit or spend another penny at Buffalo Wild Wings in Gainesville. I will also inform all my friend, associates, family and employees how awful the service is at this restaurant.

Walked in with 3 people out of our party of 5. Hostess would not seat us until the whole party was inside the building. There were several tables open and she wouldn't seat us even to go ahead and get a drink! Won't EVER go back here again!

I’m writing to express my frustration with a recent experience I had at this location. I placed a mobile pick-up order on June 17th, only to arrive and be informed—after a 45-minute round trip drive—that due to a power outage, my order could not be prepared.

What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of communication. I received no call, email, or app notification about the issue. Had I been informed ahead of time, I would have avoided the unnecessary travel and inconvenience.

At the store, a team member took my name and phone number and assured me I’d be contacted regarding a refund. After hearing nothing for 2 days, I followed up by phone. Two associates took my details again and told me I’d have to wait until your AGM returns—by Saturday—for any action to be taken.

This is unacceptable. I did not place my order through your AGM—I placed it through your mobile app. Expecting customers to chase down refunds due to your location’s inability to fulfill an order and poor internal communication is frustrating and unprofessional. And learn how to speak to customer who are reaching out for help.

I travel alot for work, and somehow I always wind up at a buffalo wild wings. I recently moved to Gainesville and wow, the food was excellent, service was fast, and the waitress was fantastic! I will absolutely be back.

Yesterday evening we brought our baseball team and their families to Buffalo Wild Wings Gainesville GA (29 people) after giving ample notice that we’d be coming. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty, yet they refused to seat us. After a long delay, they finally said they might seat us—but only once every single person had arrived, and they hadn’t even started setting up tables for us.

Then came the kicker: they told us we’d have to sit outside , in the heat, with a severe storm looming and still no tables ready. When we asked what would happen if the storm hit, they flat-out said they would not allow us inside. They said we absolutely could not sit inside as it was “fight night”. Keep in mind it was only 5:45pm.

At that point, we walked out and went to a nearby family-owned restaurant that welcomed us immediately and treated us with respect. Where we spent upwards of $1000 at said restaurant.

Not only did the storm hit—it was severe enough to bring down trees. Thank goodness we didn’t stay and put our kids at risk for this kind of nonsense. The manager was completely complicit in this decision.

Buffalo Wild Wings Gainesville showed zero flexibility, hospitality, or basic human decency. For a place that markets itself as team-friendly, this was a disgrace.
