Buffalo Wild Wings

My family and I went there about a week ago. The bartender was our server. I had to refill our drinks because we were left unattended. We were the only customers in there and the service was terrible. Definitely won't be back.

went in tonight, with a group of friends, spent over $200 in this establishment, for us to get hot mix shots.. back to back.. finally at the end for us paying for our tab and still ordering for more ask the bartender to shake our shot since it came to us hot again , as she felt disrespected but was not upset to our point of view when asked. 10 minutes later a manger came out to our table asked if we were ok , we said yes as he continued to ask us and then said we made her feel uncomfortable after tipping her accordingly and not being disrespectful. Just for him to allow a busser/ maybe a server to talk to us and cuss us out about her bartender because we ask for a shot to be made correctly. Have been here plenty of time but due to management will not be back any time soon in the aspect of them having lazy/ disrespectful workers.

Had to update my review since it's been a while. Brother came in late, so we went ahead and ordered for him. He got his food first, and we still had to wait on ours. Waitress was nice, but she forgot about us. When we did get our food, I got the wrong sauce, and food tasted not good. Even though they renovated, they need to get new management or something this is the worst buffalo I ever go to.

I got six free wings for my birthday, but they were awful—tasted like they’d been frozen and overcooked. That said, they do have great flavors, and my burger was solid. BWW just tends to be really inconsistent with their wings. On the bright side, I love the remodeling!

I placed an order over the phone. When I arrived I told them my name they said give me one second and I'll check on it so I walked over and stood with the rest of them that we're waiting on the to-go orders and I waited there for about 30 minutes before I was asked what my name was and come to find out my order had been sitting on the shelf behind the cashier the entire time. So by the time I got my food it was cold. Me not want to wait another 35-40 minutes for food cuz I have a pregnant wife at home waiting for her wings I said I'll just fix it in the air fryer. Then when I got my change all they had was ones by the time I got out to the car to count to make sure the change was right I was shorted $17. I will say they were apologetic for how long I waited before they were able to find my order and as well as short-changing me but at the same time it's kind of frustrating.

I’ve enjoyed the drinks and wings here especially with many different sauces that they offer but the wait is just ridiculous. Went this past weekend and once our table was called we let the hostess know we were there. But with all the people there for pickup orders and asking for refunds the employees were everywhere and we just waited till it cleared up then asked if we could finally be seated. She then proceeded to tell us she had already called us more than once and we’d have to get back in line and wait for another table.

Never a disappointment here. Sometimes there's not enough sauce on the wings, but just asking for more sauce isn't an issue. I always dine in, so I don't use their to go order system. Place is clean and the staff is friendly.

There was hardly anyone here when we came in. We sat down and waited over 20 minutes. No one took our drink order or even checked on us so we got up and left. Horrible experience. Rude staff.

Taylor is the best server/ bartender. Definitely an asset to the company. We’ve been coming here for years and many have left. So glad to see her smiling face.

If it weren’t for Moe, I wouldn’t even come here. This location has gone through some changes. She has consistently been courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly! My family and I adore her! If she ever leaves, so do we.
