Horrible customer service. The woman didn’t even acknowledge me standing in line. I tried to call to place my order. Nobody picked up the phone so I went to the store. Nobody acknowledged me horrible customer service. The food is not even that great.

Poor attitude, bad Hagen practice. Sign said closing at 8:00 pm, wife and I walked in at 7:05, owner / cook was cleaning floor and came over to cook food with out washing hands, then complained because we came in.

My Father (a black man) chose to visit this location on Friday 10/18/2024 around 7:00-7:30pm. He had a lunch break from work and heard locals saying how good the food was but unfortunately he was met with extreme RACISM from the Owner/staff working that day. The exact words were “ I don’t want your kind in my store, I don’t care about your money”. The OWNER proceeded to pick up a broom as if he was going to hit my father with it,if he proceeded to order. All he could say to me was he couldn’t believe that another minority race was treating him this way.
