My Father (a black man) chose to visit this location on Friday 10/18/2024 around 7:00-7:30pm. He had a lunch break from work and heard locals saying how good the food was but unfortunately he was met with extreme RACISM from the Owner/staff working that day. The exact words were “ I don’t want your kind in my store, I don’t care about your money”. The OWNER proceeded to pick up a broom as if he was going to hit my father with it,if he proceeded to order. All he could say to me was he couldn’t believe that another minority race was treating him this way.

Have been here several times. Very good food although I would not recommend the fried mushrooms. Out of everything I have tried on their menu, that is the only thing I did not like. Their milkshakes are excellent and be strong when you order their spicy flavored hot wings because they will light you up.

We love our Thompson Bridge Burger n Shake. The staff are efficient and polite, and always thank us for coming in on our way out. The chef really has a good touch- our burgers are always consistently cooked and delicious. I love their big crunchy onion rings. A young woman recently joined the staff, she does a great job too!If you've tried this franchise elsewhere and had a sub-par experience, dont let that dissuade you from eating here.
Kid-friendliness: Many sweet drawings cover one wall- Hand drawn thank yous and napkin art show they welcome families.
