“Who ever was taking orders at the drive thru this morning needs better training. He was unsure of how to put in my order and messed it up. I go to this location multiple times a week for breakfast or lunch and it seems like the issues are with the morning manager or manager in training. She also has a problem getting my order right.“

“I visited BK on Thompson Bridge after receiving a free whopper with an order of fries and a drink. The counter person was EXTREMELY pleasant and thanked me for completing the survey and confirmed I wanted the whopper. I said yes and I would like to try the fiery cheese with my fries, drink and whopper. The service was fast, the food was hot and the people were pleasant. It was at lunch time and they were handling the crowd efficiently. in the 1-3 minutes to get my lunch, I looked around and noticed how clean the restaurant was and if I had small kids how they would have liked the burger king crowns stacked all around the restaurant. I will be back to this burger king!“
