I visit this BK every other Sunday and I must brag. The AM manager and staff are kind, respectful, and they always offer great customer service! I have not had any issues with my food and the service is always quick!

This place was nice and mostly clean but was very busy. It has two kiosk machines in it if you want to order with not help and of course people are there to take your order as well. I had seen kiosk in Taco Bell but never in burger king. Where it is located is off the main road. They had soft drinks available but I did not see any sweat tea out. They use the fountain drinks for the individual flavors. The burgers were good and seemed to be getting smaller every time I have a Jr. The fry's were fresh and had very little salt on them. Overall a decent place to have lunch. The people were friendly and speak spanish if you need that.

Probably the economy in general but the Whoppers are getting smaller as well as other entrees. The service has still remained good. On some colder days I have noticed some loitering occurring.

I don't recommend this burger king unless you don't mind receiving the opposite of whatever you order. Sometimes it's as though whoever takes your order in the drive thru chooses what they want you to eat instead of whatever you order.

Very rude employee and manager. They were speaking spanish over the drive thru headset calling people names because there headset or speakers weren't working correctly. Definitely reporting to corporate
I normally don't have issues here but Sunday was different. The girl who took my order in the drive thru made me repeat the first thing I said, then made me stop partway through ordering. Just told me to hold on and disappeared from the intercom for like 2 minutes (don't think I've had that happen before, anywhere). Then when we got home I found the lettuce and tomato I asked for (and paid for) were missing from my burger. Not a huge deal, but my wife had some DISGUSTING lettuce and tomato on her burger. Like mushy and slimy looking. Probably won't be coming back here for a good while.

This location lies about not having items on their menu! Every time I try to order cheesy bites or something seasonal, they state it has been discontinued, even when I'm able to get the same items at other BK locations around the area. It has happened multiple times

Worst BK I have ever been. Advertising food that they weren't even selling. The place was nasty. No one even paying to the front counter, just expect you to use their kiosk. The food was cold, many fries were uncooked. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting there for days. Burgers were missing items. All around a horrible experience.

This location just sucks. Let me start by saying traffic getting there and back almost impossible because the train stops and sits there which led to me throwing away my burger because they put ketchup on it even though when I ordered it I ordered it without ketchup and I was not able to waste gas in 20 minutes more traffic to have rude staff remake my burgers. So we threw away the whoppers and ate the stale old onion rings and stale old hard churros. Honestly the only thing made right and good in this location was the shakes. I won't be back to have it made wrong and have to throw away more expensive food. Some people ask for things to be removed because they can't eat it, like us we can't eat the ketchup for health reasons. So much for have it your way.
