Who ever was taking orders at the drive thru this morning needs better training. He was unsure of how to put in my order and messed it up. I go to this location multiple times a week for breakfast or lunch and it seems like the issues are with the morning manager or manager in training. She also has a problem getting my order right.

As far as I know it's always been a good experience dine in are going to the drive-thru which we usually do on the way to church on Sunday mornings and they are always so perky and friendly and being located in Oakwood that's close to our home in on our way to church

The sandwiches, fries and onion rings are always made fresh when requested. The employees are pleasant and the location is close to the corner of Jesse Jewel Parkway and Pear Nix, which is very convenient and it has an easy access into the parking lot.
