I ordered through the drive thru but the person taking the order just couldn't get the order right! I read it right off the menu but she just couldn't get it right...ended up with something i didn't want and an order of fries I never ordered but paid for...not really happy with the entire experience.

I asked for a number 1, add cheese, no onions and extra pickles. I also got a sprite, but it's just carbonated water because you haven't changed your bag out. Those of us that work in the field see you and will absolutely call you out. I was the ONLY person in line and you couldn't get my order correct. Should've taken your always empty parking lot as a sign.

Every single time I have been pulled up to park and wait and wait and wait on the smallest orders, nothing crazy! I won’t be back after today. I placed a curbside order, marked my self as “I’m here” at 6:38, waited and waited. I didn’t want to get everyone out of the car so I was trying to be patient. Watched at least 8 people go through the drive thru and leave. 6:55ish I decided to just go in. I walk up to the counter and it takes a good 4 mins at least for someone to even see me. I say I had a curbside order and she’s like “oh yea it’s right here” all happy actually excuse me….curbside….I've been outside for almost 20 mins….waiting. Needless to say our food was cold and they have lost my business.

It's usually always horrible service or horrible food here at this location. Me and a friend had some biscuits that made us ill we didn't even finish our meal that is how bad it was. BK you better keep a close eye out on this establishment the employees that worked the morning of 11/13 are gonna cost ya lots of money.

Halloween dinner after trick or treating was a success. The crew was very kind and they were slammed with orders. Our food was hot and it did take a little time to come out however, they let us know after we ordered.

Morning shift has a Hispanic lady working the drive thru and she rushed me with my order two different times. The first time, we almost got into an argument bc I almost lost it as she was rushing me. I was having a terrible morning, but I apologized and just got my food and left. Second time, I learned she just rushed people. I'm not even sure if she realizes she does that.

I visited BK on Thompson Bridge after receiving a free whopper with an order of fries and a drink. The counter person was EXTREMELY pleasant and thanked me for completing the survey and confirmed I wanted the whopper. I said yes and I would like to try the fiery cheese with my fries, drink and whopper. The service was fast, the food was hot and the people were pleasant. It was at lunch time and they were handling the crowd efficiently. in the 1-3 minutes to get my lunch, I looked around and noticed how clean the restaurant was and if I had small kids how they would have liked the burger king crowns stacked all around the restaurant. I will be back to this burger king!
