Chef Wang Chinese Restaurant

The place was empty when we got there and this was around 6:00 p.m. and that should have been an indicator that something was not right. We ordered a Diet coke and regular coke and it was flat. We sent it back and ordered water. We then got our sweet and sour chicken and sesame chicken. It was like rubber like it had been microwaved. We ate 2 or 3 bites of our meal and was very disappointed.

Called them about my ordered on how it was wrong for delivery and they didn’t help me out with it and hung up the phone on me .

My family and I have been going to this restaurant since 2005. The staff is amazing and so is there food! I cannot order from any other Chinese restaurant. They will always be my one and only Chinese restaurant!

If I could rate it 0 I would.. it was nearly inedible. Everything was mushy and the noodles and rice tasted like smoke. I could not eat it. Not to mention the lady at the front has a rude demeanor. Please eat elsewhere

I see that several others have negative opinions or experiences here however, I've ordered take out for a long time from this business and they've always been kind and prompt with my delivery. Food has always been delicious. Kind of confusing, but i suppose when frustrated some patrons will take it out on a business. 10/10

First time I ordered from here. Messed up my order for my toddler, I thought the dish just had a different appearance because it was a different restaurant. Nope ! They sent a super spicy dish instead of what I ordered she took ONE BITE and cried for 30 minutes I thought it was to warm tried it and it was flaming spicy. It took 15 minutes to calm my mouth. Horrible experience

Got a pretty big Togo order. Fried rice is all undercooked. Sesame chicken is all mushed grossness. 125.00 or just yucky! Crab Rangoon is just nasty nothing in them. Every meal tastes like fish! So disappointed. What happen to this place!!!! They forgot my egg rolls!!!!

Terrible customer service . Ordered online through their preferred method.
After an hour of waiting and no information through the website tried calling multiple times. After four tries finally got an answer the lady and very broken English let me know my order was on the way. Twenty minutes later my wife calls because nothing has arrived then a man answers and says he believes our food is on the way, we explain we have spent over a hundred dollars and would like more than I guess. So she asked again if the food was out for delivery he said sure and hung up on her. This is absurd to me that business would operate this way. Always ordered here this will be my last time.

Ordered delivery. Been an hour and a half and still don’t have it. Called to check status of order. Literally, he answered, I said “I’m calling to check the status of my order.” He said angrily “it’s out for delivery” and hung up. Considering I gave him zero information, I didn’t understand how he knew it was out for delivery, why he was angry, or why he hung up on a customer who spent $40. I called back. Same dude answered. I said “you hung up on me sir.” He yelled he yelled at me and hung up on me again. NEVER PATRONIZE THESE PEOPLE.

I Been eating at this Place for years… love their spicy sesame chicken, it’s delish!! Shrimp spring rolls and Crab Rangoons are delicious as well.
