This CFA just isn’t as good as the other locations. Slow drive thru, incorrect orders, chicken doesn’t taste quite right, and the employees aren’t up to CFA standard consistently.

Goodness, out of all the Chick Fil A’s that I’ve ever been to, this one HAS to have the slowest drive thru line imaginable. I’ve been sitting here for over 15 minutes now. Totally unacceptable. People have places to be! Update- I waited 28 minutes before I got my food.

Food was good but the drive thru line took forever.
I have some co-workers that ordered lunch and I went to pick it up for them. They first chose curb side, which because of the rain, they decided to dis enable. However, it had already took their money and said that we should just talk to a team member. They tried to change it to carry out and it wouldn’t allow them since we had to speak to a team member. A manger came out and spoke to me as if I had 0 commons sense and tried to explain that the charge would eventually fall off in their bank account and that my co-workers had to re-order. AND If they just made the order, the charge will fall off in their bank account and cause free food… some people don’t have the ability for charges to sit in your bank account for days pending and then spend more money on something that you’ve already paid for. Maybe next time, CFA’s billion dollar company can spot two chicken sandwich’s and some fries.

Store won't sell quart size ice cream to customers at their decision, now have to drive an additional 15 mins to another location to order it because the owner of this location doesn't want too, what a dumb way to run a business.
Before 2024, you spent less than 15 minutes in the drive-thru, my order was always correct, the servers always smiled & wished me a good or blessed day when I left. Now, my order is rarely correct, my credit card wasn't returned or turned in, you are not greeted with a smiling face & you certainly can't expect the same level of service. Few of the old staff are still there...I bet I know why. This DEI policy you have embraced is destroying your business. I will go elsewhere!

I came on here to comment how we expect our orders here to be wrong at least 75% from this location AND of course it happened again today. BUT continue reading and I have another IMPORTANT share below. This drive thru gets something wrong or leaves something out over 75% of the time and I honestly feel like this is a gift giving them this low of a percentage. TODAY’S example: Gave me regular nuggets instead of grilled nuggets on one of the two orders purchased AND one medium fry instead of both large fries AND I stated with the first large size order I wanted large drink but got two mediums. FOR ONCE they got the sauces correct. lol. But I couldn’t eat it because my nuggets were fried….which leads me to the BIG one! I was reading the other comments before I posted my usual disappointment and I read how someone was just glutened. Chick Fil A is ONE of the only few restaurants I trust as having Celiac myself. I have had a bad headache and severe stomach cramps all afternoon since lunch and still now at midnight. Well I figured it out because I never eat gluten. It was Chick Fil A. I never get sick at them but this has to be it. I’m going to have to stop driving thru this one. Beware!

As always, this is one of the best Chick-fil-A restaurants I've ever been to. Never had a bad meal there. I've always had the best Waffle fries because they come out hot and delicious. I recommend that you eat there.
This restaurant has been pretty good in the past, but here lately it's gotten awful. We rarely get our order without at least one item being incorrect. The last time I went I gave them my name and they still tried to give me someone else's order. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered a cheese biscuit, a chicken and cheese biscuit, a spicy biscuit with cheese and a spicy biscuit with egg and cheese. While still several cars from the windows, they started bring food to cars behind me. This continued while I pulled up to get my order. I was then told since my order was special, it would take longer. Ends up, another 10 minutes longer. Low and behold, after all that they got the order wrong yet again, and forgot my drink to boot. What a disgrace. I know the hiring pool is shallow, but how about you hire some folks that actually give a damn about doing their job? Do better.
