Out of all the chic fil a restaurants. This is the worst one yet! I have avoided leaving reviews everytime but today I have time. Every time you go here, there’s an issue. Missing items, hard fries, slow service. It’s something. No other chic fil a in hall county has this issue but this one. Please check your food before leaving this place. As someone that is to used to trusting my chic fil an establishments. This is one I’ll not trust.

Was very disappointed with the customer service today, 7/28. Young lady with brown hair working the drive through was extremely rude and… nosy? First, she gave me attitude because I didn’t realize the kids nugget meal came with 5 instead of 4 nuggets, and so i asked for a 4 count kids meal and recieved not only attitude but the longest/ nastiest, disrespectful face… She quite literally looked up from the ipad and stared at me like I just made the rudest comment to her for 5 seconds after i asked for the kids meal. She also proceeded to ask me if the girls in the back of my car were my kids and told me I looked too young to be a mom… I was babysitting…. why is that her concern or business…? The fact that the 10 and 8 year old immediately said “that was the meanest drive through worker i’ve ever met” should speak for itself. She was definitely around 16-17, and i’m 20 y/o! Someone please reality check her

I love eating at Chick-fil.A it's always very clean. I was shocked to see the parking lot trashy and the floors on the inside were dirty. Not normal for chick fil-a.
Super slow drive thru. Have about 30 minutes if you decide to jump in line.

I love Chic-fil-a but avoid this particular location at all costs. Once in a while it just doesn’t make sense to not stop at this Gainesville location. I go into each visit prepared to wait longer than any other fast food restaurant. I’ve even had this experience when calling ahead. It doesn’t deserve the badge of service Chic-fil-a has built.

Mr.Ed is a breath of fresh air. He is so nice to EVERYONE! The young lady named Diana is so sweet and helpful too. I love the fresh flowers on each table!!
