Chili's Grill & Bar

I used to love Chilis but every time I decided to give this location another shot I regret it. My baked potatoe soup was watery, my Nashville hot cheese sticks were very salty I could not eat it.

Food was good but they left my shrimp off the surf n turf. It was an honest mistake, they were slammed. The problem lies with me being hung up on twice by the same person when I called about the shrimp. Management was good about taking care of it. Mistakes happen, but attitude never should

Went to the Chili's in Gainesville Georgia today the food was awful the service was bad I will never go there again My Burger was overcooked almost burnt fries were hard my root beer was watered down the waiter was sitting over there at a table playing on his phone

No hostess, the one that did come didn’t want to clean the booth we wanted to sit at; although he finally did it. Waitress was average.

First off…very good friendly service.
The food is consistent and good. Extra spicy today which I like. We had the free chips and salsa. The chips were undercooked and greasy as if they did not stir them enough while cooking
Two items concerning atmosphere. First the place is freezing! Same some money and adjust your thermostat. Also it is in need of a deep cleaning…especially the floor
