stingiest chipotle ever. paid $15 for a bowl of nothing. take your money elsewhere. manager WATCHED and made sure the employees sprinkle food.

Lack of customer service. Little girl ( Susan Nunez) in front was wandering and faking task when there was customers waiting in line. Every other employees were doing their task and she decides to go stand and talk while having costumers. DO BETTER OF YOUR EMPLOYEES

I went to this location with a very large order for my family of 8 in town and sadly at 1030pm even though the location stated it was open and the sign on the door said it was open till 11pm the employees inside whom could see me outside decided they didn't want my money could have made their last hr well over a 100$ in one smooth transaction but instead they acted as if I didn't exist and completely blew me off. Thank you Chili's for observing your hrs respectfully to the consumer.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been in. The kids all of them were rude. They tried to give me old food when I clearly said I would wait. The guy in the kitchen was talking about walking out to the manager. They were rude. I will never go back there again and I will make sure people know about this location.. I couldn’t even get any food from there. Fire the team you have customer service is not there at all.

Food is usually good, but sometimes it’s cold, the people are usually friendly, but sometimes they seem disconnected, Like they don’t really want to be there or provide service, but overall it’s a pretty average experience.

Ordered chipotle for the office- I placed the order 24 hours in advance & chose a pickup time a good bit after opening so they weren’t rushed. Clearly, the Chipotle employees were pissed. The cashier & manager were rude as hell, no customer service skills at all.
This location always makes me feel like a burden every time. We’ll take our money elsewhere in the future. Do better Chipotle!!

The absolute worst portions I’ve ever been given by any chipotle. The protein is always over cooked and more than all the workers have a terrible attitude. They all look terrified of the owner or manager whoever he is when they give their protein portion.

4th time coming in here and and THEY DO NOT OPEN ON TIME! I travel a ton for work and I’m in the Gainesville area about 4 times a month. This is the 4th time I show up at 11 and they’re and still not open. If you’re not going to open up at 1045 then change the opening time!

We have been coming to this location for over 6 years & it has really declined over the past year. The rice is served undercooked (crunchy). The employees serving are not welcoming & seem like they don’t want to work here. The carnitas are full of fat & not edible. The bathrooms are dirty right after the store opens.
