The chipotle in commerce ga/banks crossing is great Everytime and it's ran by young kids, the one in Gainesville was not as good by any means, it tasted like everything had sat there all day but the staff was nice

Chipotles like this one are the reason people started recording their order being made. I never change my order, but they always charge me something different. And they will skimp everything. It's almost comical

Usually a pretty consistent experience. This location however served me undercooked rice inside my burrito. Which really ruined the meal but I was too far away to go back. Otherwise normally good stuff from chipotle.

Everything was fine until they started putting drinks away at 8pm and knowing they close at 11pm. It was so inconvenient.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!!! Employees were rude, made fun of my daughters order to her face, laughed when rude customer behind my daughter made a comment about her order, caused her such embarrassment and anxiety she left in tears and could not eat the meal she ordered. Efforts to contact store directly were futile-everything goes thru a foreign based customer service that’s useless.
