Customer service is the worst. I took my service. A dark-haired boy with purple hair and two girls with glasses and they were the worst doing their job. It's too bad that Chipotle loses its credibility because of people who don't have charisma when helping people with food.

This is the my family's first time going to Chipotle. Unfortunately with miscommunication I thought they were out of brown rice. So I got the white rice in my bowl. I'm finished with making my bowl and the guy brings brown rice over to fill up the container. They were out of several toppings. So I put what they had in my bowl. I liked my bowl, I got steak. The food didn't have no flavor to it. My kids said also there was no flavor to the food. I unfortunately don't think I'd come back. We got chips and cheese and cheese was disgusting. They charge for chips and guacamole. They don't have a salsa bar like the other comparable restaurants. So it's a no for me and my family.

I do not recommend this Chipotle to anyone. They have horrible customer service. The restaurant was slow and it took a while for anyone to take my order or even acknowledge that I was even there. I can't believe I paid as much as I did for such a small portion of food. Never again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Food is good but the drink machine from drive through makes drinks have a dirty taste, I’d recommend cleaning that.

Love Chipotle, but the last two times there they didn't have stuff we ordered like salad dressing - instead of offering to make it they just said we don't have any

Came to order some food to go. Ordered 2 bowls and she starts making my first bowl and started putting the wrong toppings on and the girl that was suppose to be making the second bowl walked off so I told the other young girl that I was waiting on my second bowl and they made the first bowl but never made my second bowl after asking for it twice. So I just gave up and didn't eat and just let my son eat. Will definitely be elsewhere from now on.

I haven’t had Chipotle in a while. And I surely won’t again. Food quality has dwindled tremendously. Not good at all. Took like 5 bites and tossed it, yuck. I had a carne asada burrito bowl fyi.

Always great food! The dine in area is a bit tight but there seems to be enough seating.

Specific to this location: So excited to see carne asada on the menu. However, it was burned and left brown stuff all in my rice. We were the only ones in there and there were 5 or 6 employees. No one greeted us. It took about 5 minutes for someone to come over to take our order. Your customers are the reason you have a J-O-B. Without us, you don’t get a paycheck. Remember customer service first EVERY time.

Specific to the whole corporation: It’s time to take food allergies seriously. As a whole, no matter which location I go into in GA or SC or WA, cross-contamination is out of control and the employees don’t seem to understand the significance of keeping the area clear and the corn out of the sour cream, the cheese, and the several other things it and other toppings land in. This is a training issue company wide and needs to be addressed ASAP. In addition, when I order steak, I want steak - NOT big chunks of gristle, fat, or such causing me to throw away HALF the meat put on my rice because it’s inedible. The same happens with the chicken. This is corporate wide and needs to be addressed. Chipotle used to be our go to twice a week or so but these factors have reduced that significantly. This, like protecting customers from food allergens, comes down to training and respect for the customer. Put yourself in the customers’ shoes. Where is Undercover Boss when ya need it?
