I’ve had this location before and it was decent at best, this lady trip was a crap show. Drive through order that took over 5 mintues, over 300+ seconds on their customer wait time screen. For 2 cold corn dogs, 3 onion rings that was a “side” and a chicken wrap that had no chicken in it. Wasn’t worth fighting isn’t worth returning again for

Sat in the dining room with very limited seating due to a manager training class or something that took up 4 of the big tables . That only left 5- tables that seat 2 people. And they began using those as well . I was with a group so we had to use 2 different tables. Loud environment. It was extremely obnoxious in my opinion. I think another place would have been suitable for that.

At all cost you can avoid the Cookout on Jesse Jewell, they have employees that claim to be management when all they are shift leaders. When you request to get the phone number to the general manager or district manager they outright refuse. I've had bad experiences with this place but I had met one of the general managers and him and I were developing a relationship where I was helping him improve on his store. But seeing how they treat customers in the middle of the night that needs something to drink is insane. wWth a smirk on her face the young lady showed why I do not like this place. She's as bad as Trent, The girl running the drive through this evening is far from management material. Let's mention their dumpster is always overflowing and their parking lot is always a mess. . I'm amazed that cookout doesn't require their employees to wear name tags. I'm also quite surprised that they would have people with such an attitude that would stand there with a smirk on their face which is one of the most irritating and insulting things in the world. There was a saving face in the whole situation. The young lady that I last talked to was able to redirect me and calm me down by telling me how wonderful my dog looked and that I had pretty eyes. That's how you calm somebody down. Don't feed the fire like the original girl did. If that lady is the manager then they need to demote her and put the other lady in her place. It's too bad they wouldn't give me names because I like to compliment as well as complain. Have a wonderful evening and walk with Jesus.
We absolutely love Cookout but we just went through the drive thru at the Gainesville location and ordered plates with corn dog as a side and I hate to say that the corn dogs are ice cold in the middle. We are in a hurry to get to a job so we can't go back which means we will just have to deal with it. We were also not greeted at the window, just told the price and wasn't asked if we needed any condiments. This is our 2nd time at this location.

Messed up my order not once but twice. And when I called the guy with the green hair proceeded to be rude over the phone and cuss at me despite telling me that he was going to fix my order the first time.
So i went through and ordered and received the wrong food the first time after I went back and explained the situation, I re-ordered my food again and after getting home, it is wrong for a SECOND TIME. Make sure you check your food thoroughly before leaving the parking lot. They have serious issues making orders correctly.

I patronized this location, 1 o'clock in the morning on a Tuesday. I asked whether the onions were cooked in the burger I ordered, and he said yes. Upon receipt, i realized a cold burger included uncooked onions. They remade the burger, this time, with way too many cooked onions.
Generally speaking, the food was extremely salty. I can't see how anyone can eat this!
