Service is always great! Milk Shakes are the best! I get the banana pineapple that has real chunks of banana and pine apple! The girls are super sweet that work in the drive-thru. Never have a problem with my orders.

Went in as soon as doors open was excited to get there food and had to use the bathroom it's was completely disgusting. Trash and toilet paper on the floors toilet was not clean and dining room had not been clean

Stopped in on 3/21 for a quick dinner. The person taking my order at the drive through was laughing so hard that I barely got my order in. I had to say hello a couple of times to even get someone to take my order. Of course my order was wrong, the burger was cold and the sides skimpy. This was the first time that I have ever had trouble at a Cook Out. This Cook Out is obviously in need of a manager as it feels like a free for all. I won’t return to this particular location that’s for sure!PS the employees shouldn’t be having a party in the parking lot either.
Went here literally once. They apparently put molten onion rings fresh out of the fryer into Styrofoam which is an amateur mistake (see pics). I didn't notice until I was half way done, so I ate a bunch of melted styrofoam then had to throw half of my food away. Really unpleasant experience all around, probably not very healthy.As a side note, i will literally buy you guys a new drive thru speaker if you can't afford to replace that one you guys bought on Temu. It's horrible and no one can hear a single word you're saying. And no, cranking up to 5,000 decibels doesnt help, now I ate styrofoam and am deaf in my left ear thanks guys. ?

All 3 of us enjoyed our food. It was really good! The cashier was a little aloof, and it seemed as if he did not know his own menu. The atmosphere is like, here it is, eat, leave! But who cares, the food was great!!
