I love Culvers burgers and their fries, eat there for lunch once a week. it was cold out today and I thought a bowl of chili would be good. Ordered the chili supreme, paid for extra onions, cheese and sour creme, no sour creme on the tray, they told me they were out of it. you could have let me know before hand, I would have skipped that part of the order. $10.54 for a little bowl of chili, hardly any meat in it, fries and a drink, what a disappointing meal.

Pot roast sandwich disappoints because it’s really just a pulled beef sandwich and the meat barely covered the bun and was dry. Our cashier Alexia was was very impersonal, just stood there and looked at us, did not greet us, did not ask what we wanted to order, and when I asked about an item on the menu she said “we don’t have it” and when i asked a follow up question she said “i said, we don’t have it” then when she brought our food she set it down, looked at us with a smirk, then walked away. Then when we ordered our custard, once again she just stood there at the register and stared at us and did not acknowledge us or let us know she was ready to take our order. We stood there very awkwardly. We love Culver’s and we typically do not experience this however this lack of customer service was disappointing.

1st time ever, Got the mushroom swiss double (3) value baskets meals, 1 grilled chicken sandwich value basket with 3 fries and 1 chili cheese fry, 1 sweet tea, 1 mellow yellow, 1 sprite, 1 oreo peanut butter shake. Came to almost 56.00. The only thing good was the milkshake.. fries tasted half cooked and way too much salt, all 3 mushroom Swiss burgers tasted burnt and dry, grilled chicken looked like a kids meal sandwich, tea was horrible,mellow yellow tasted watered down and the sprite was also water down. I will never go back 1st and last time. And the drive thru girl that was working was not pleasant at all.

Our food was good and fresh. I had the 2 piece fish with onion rings. My son had the butter burger with fries. After we both got concrete mixers. Way too much food, but we don’t eat here much. They took the BSA Camp Card, so 10% off. Thanks for supporting Scouting!
Parking: You can exit out the back of the parking lot, go up the hill, and turn left. Then you will have a traffic light to turn left onto 53
